We rested in a two-room room on the 4th floor. The room is in good condition, with a small kitchen. The air conditioner periodically poured directly into the room, I had to substitute a bucket and put a towel so as not to flood the entire floor. In two weeks, towels and toilet paper were changed once. The garbage was taken out daily. There were always empty seats in the dining room, yogurt in the morning, cottage cheese casserole in the afternoon and evening, bad coffee and good tea. Wi-Fi was free even in the room. It is a 15-minute walk to the sea, the sun beds were always free, and the water was clean. The vacationers are Turks and a few Europeans. Turks smoke a lot and everywhere, Europeans drink, but after 23.00 it was calm. If you do not find fault with everyday details, then the location of the hotel and the beach are beautiful

The hotel is disgusting, we arrived at 12 at night and the manager says there are no places, they have problems with the sewerage, wait until 14 the next day, I had to call a direct line, with a scandal, we strangers were put in one room until the morning, at 13 o'clock I was given a separate three-bed room, the night manager turns on the fool that he recently worked and they didn't tell him anything. The rooms have weathered walls, the kinders are old, the television is one Russian channel, the food is meager and monotonous, there has never been meat in a week, there is no fish either, the coffee machine did not work, the finger-thick dust on the juicer, only apples and oranges from fruits, not watermelons or melons, although it was the season. The hotel has some problems with check-in, with food, drinks, two days, there was no beer. The Mongolian cleaner cleaned the room once, she also gave water once, the Internet did not work for half a day, the disco did not work until 22 to 23. They promised to ask for lunch before departure, but at three in the morning the manager turned on the fool again that they did not leave him. I don't advise anyone to take this hotel, if only for free. The beach is disgusting and narrow, the entrance is through rocks or must be avoided, the sun beds are old wooden, the umbrellas are crooked and full of holes. A Turk on the beach gropes women. There are no advantages, only disadvantages. Who will cancel the review?

The pool is dirty, they don't clean it at all, the filters seem to have broken even before my arrival on 30.09.24, but so far 5.10.24 have not done anything. There is simply no food, for all the time there was chicken for dinner 3 times and that was not enough for everyone, 2 times there was soy meat as dog food, for lunch only soup and pasta or soup and potatoes, apples from fruits and then not always, there are no sweets, grass and tomatoes with cucumbers from vegetables, for breakfast of vegetables, zucchini and pepper were eggplant once, eggs are only boiled, they are already sick, except for eggs, only sausages, defrosted sausage and cheese, good cheese. In general, we are starving, we are really starving, that's all inclusive in this hotel. Everyone complains, but reviews are not published, an Intourist sells a tour from Russia, but they don't care about anything, like if you want to eat, go to a cafe and don't care that people paid for everything inclusive. Of the advantages, we were given a good room, from the second time, that's all. The transfer to the beach is only until 16:00, it's a long way to go, there are half-broken umbrellas and sun beds on the beach, well, apparently the end of the season and there is nothing to replace it with. I would like to sue Intourist for such tours.

Good day everyone! We are currently vacationing at this hotel. There were a lot of worries, but they did not come true!Yes, this is not a luxury hotel, no need to wait for special service. Everything is decent. There are shortcomings, but they are not critical for us. 1. There is no sewer stink on either the 4th floor or the 3rd floor for sure. We rest on the 4th floor, our relatives on the 3rd floor. As for the bathroom, the only disadvantage is that the water in the shower does not go very well. There are towels. Of course, they clean superficially. There are hangers in the closets, the air conditioner is working. Yes, there is cool water in the evening, but in this heat we wash calmly. 2. The food is absolutely normal. A small assortment, but you can always choose something for yourself. There is nothing rotten and spoiled. 3. None of the staff is rude, at least to us. We were settled earlier than expected without additional payments!!! 4. The beach is a little far away. Walking distance is 2 km. You can take the bus, and here I agree with many other reviews- the bus schedule is strange, but we love hiking, so we are happy to walk. It's a bit hot during the day, but bearable. There are sun beds, mattresses, umbrellas, but they are tired. You can use it. In general, I summarize: This is a hotel for a relaxing holiday without paddocks on the theme of the exclusivity of vacationers. There are a lot of foreigners in the hotel, mostly Germans. We are happy with the rest.

I always went to the hotels *** and ****, it's the same everywhere , the room is always clean and the buffet is served. I don't need anything else , I'm going on an excursion and I'm on the beach all the time. They brought me at 12 at night , but this is the schedule of the plane , They gave me a room on the 1st floor , but it turned out to be the ground floor , the room smelled strongly of sewage , but the balcony door , I opened wide , but the balcony is not fenced , it just does not exist , immediately the ground , after 1.5 meters the wall of another building , I wanted to wash , but in Russian Russian guy told them, and they gave me a towel. There are no towels in the room , in panties and a bra, I immediately went to the reception to demand towels , but the guys, as always, do not understand anything in Russian, a passing Russian guy told them, and they gave me a towel. At night, I lay under the working air conditioner, but I covered myself with a sheet and a blanket, because the smell of sewage did not go anywhere. I went to breakfast in the morning, it was very meager, but I only needed eggs and cottage cheese, eggs were boiled and fried, but there was no cottage cheese and even butter. They called my guide Gulya , together with the hostess of the hotel we argued for a long time , they told me that they could evict me from the hotel and I would stay on the street , but they promised to provide me with a new room , the next day and finally they did it . I lost 3 days, but we Russians are used to all failures. I was still resting for 4 days and now I have returned home . No stars at all. According to the All-inclusive program, beer and coffee are available for a fee. Hahahahahah. IN TURKEY. coffee. You're crazy. Breakfast is funny. There was no hot water either. It's still raining in the afternoon. And in the evening, she just isn't there. Pouring cold water every evening). The sewer stinks. You can't go to the toilet because of the smell. In a word, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this 4-star hotel.))

I do not recommend it to anyone!!!! The sea is far away, they carry it.Hot water until 6-7 pm.It's smart.The animator's program for children is the same until 23 o'clock.It's very noisy!!!!It's not real with kids.Kitchen 3+.The tourists are Turks alone... Everyone smokes completely and women.Bar until 22h.free after for money. Check-in is strictly at 14h.Cleaning 4.

We visited this hotel in June 2022. The location is so-so, 3 kilometers from the sea on foot. There is a bus, but it is small and already dead, the schedule is stupid; as soon as we arrived, the first flight was to the sea at 10 a.m., and it was convenient to go back at 12 o'clock, since it was already very hot, then we would have got the management to leave at 9 a.m., but they we just shifted the entire schedule back an hour and it was no longer convenient to go back, as a result - we walked to the sea early in the morning for the first half of the rest, and back by bus, the second half of the rest, on the contrary, there by bus, and back on foot. The hotel itself is freshly renovated, but the repair was done with a blunder, as if with feet: the tile is crooked, and in places with chips and cracks, traces of repair have not been removed, in places the putty is not worn, the shower stall is leaking, the shower fell off (watering can), the water is difficult to adjust (then cold, then fire), the furniture is old, even the platbands on the doors are the same, the bed creaks and shakes, because the legs are aluminum and have already broken, there is no stick for hangers in the closet, and there are no hangers themselves, there is no hood - it smelled like sewage, doors and windows are painted gray paint right on top of white plastic and rubber seals, which is why the sealing was gone. There is nowhere to dry the laundry, but we are experienced travelers and we take a rope with clothespins with us. The sockets sparkle. The food is extremely monotonous and not tasty. The water was not put on after cleaning, although it is written in the info sheet that they should.
Of the advantages: the staff is friendly and somehow you can knock something out of them (in a good sense of the word); beer and local alcohol (which of course is better not to drink) are unlimited; the rooms have air conditioning; they give you as many towels as you need, including beach towels; they clean every day; there is a sauna, a hammam and a swimming pool, even though we didn't go there.

Disgusting hotel! It stinks of sewage, hot water is difficult, the staff is rude, Water from the kettle, they cheat for money!
