+ the new hotel is all clean
+ spa center, the pool is clean , large, the sauna is hot, I really liked the massage,
+ the reception staff is pleasant and helpful and speaks good English.
+ high-quality bed and a good TV with smart function new furniture.
- the worst breakfast, the coffee is terrible. This is a 2-3 star level. Do not take breakfast!!
- a very small room, the space is not properly distributed, the corridor is large and empty, you can not hang anything, but everything is mixed up, including the coffee break area in the room to the bed, which is very little space for two people.
- the bathroom is terrible, it is clean but very small, there is nowhere to hang a towel and things for the shower, the toilet is terribly not conveniently located.
- I took off another star for looking at the hotel on booking and there the photos of the courtyard of the fortress are presented as photos of the hotel, not the sights, which in general feels like cheating guests if you don't know what the fortress looks like inside, and I didn't know because it was the first time in Georgia.

There are no comments on the hotel, the new clean rooms are well equipped, comfortable beds (except pillows)))).
There is a spa with a sauna and a swimming pool.
I think it's the costs of a new hotel, not trained staff, not well-established processes, but they understand this, recognize and work on mistakes.
