The issue was in the pre-sale diagnostics.
He said some nonsense. I didn't finish listening to the fact that I was a seller of equipment (with the words "don't interrupt those, let me finish", he was rubbing information from the buyer's side into me. )
He didn't say anything intelligible about my question, interrupt me as a client yourself....ZERO CUSTOMER ORIENTATION. ZERO RULES OF COMMUNICATION. I could barely restrain myself from censoring him. I hung up the phone myself.
I do not recommend this place to anyone, from the word at all!

When I started using the tablet, I found that the touchscreen in one area stopped working. When trying to find out in the same workshop what could have happened, I listened to a tirade of endless philosophizing from the employee who gave me the order, the essence of which was that I still would not prove that the sensor was fully functional when receiving the device. I concluded for myself that the language in this workshop works better than the hands.

mom asked for the repair of a Phillips smartphone, they took 30 rubles for the diagnosis. without a guarantee of work, in the evening the phone turned off again as before the appeal. We turned to another workshop, where we immediately found the reason, it was a simple replacement of the connector for 25p. the phone works fine. Never contact this workshop. The level of specialists is very low, and the prices are high.
