Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel! Our vacation started with checking into the room. We arrived in Otrel in the morning, we were met by Tuno, after filling out the documents we were offered breakfast and at the appointed time we were checked into the room, at about 12 o'clock. The room is wonderful, the air conditioning is quiet, the bed is white, the towel was changed every day and the room was cleaned every day. This is a rarity, even for 5* hotels. A wonderful person Ismail works on the beach, treats uninvited guests strictly, but in fact he is a very kind person. He does his job in good faith, takes care that his vacation on the beach is comfortable. The food is delicious, it's very good that it is applied, there is less left uneaten on the plates of tourists😜 There are no queues for food, the staff works very quickly! For the first time I see that the 4* hotel brings food (watermelons, corn, sandwiches) Thank you for taking such care! For children, daily animation, everything that is written in the previous reviews is true, I will not repeat myself. Thanks again, we will definitely be back!

We had a rest in July 2022.I don't recommend it, it's not a foursome at all.
The food is rubbish, the room is small, there have been water outages for the last 2 days.One of the advantages is a swimming pool open until 21 and a cool massage in the spa center.

Disgusting transfer from FUN&SUN.
Queue for an hour at the airport, then the driver got lost!!! We drove for 2.5 hours, then just took a taxi to Kemer. It's just a game!!!
But the hotel itself is normal. The food is normal, the area is normal. Everything is ok for 4*. If you have money, take 5k

we rested from 01.07 to 11.07.2022.the hotel has excellent well-trained staff.The kitchen is wonderful-the chef is well done.The waiters are hardworking guys , especially the young intern H A L I L . The reception is very attentive, thanks to Irina In General, THANKS TO EVERYONE.

We rested from August 1-10.A very cozy hotel for a family holiday. The staff is smiling and polite. The cuisine is varied, salads, sweets, fruits, etc.. The room is cleaned, and for a dollar the bed will be decorated with fresh flowers. After lunch, you can enjoy delicious ice cream by the pool, if you want to drink drinks, they are varied: from non-alcoholic to... You can slide off the water slides into the pool, there is a separate small pool for kids. There is a beach, a beach boy drives away outsiders, there are drinks on the beach, sweet watermelon is brought before lunch, apples after lunch.. You can get a massage after visiting the sauna and hammam. The hotel offers a break from the noise of cars, air conditioning in the room and in the lobby, in the restaurant. Sometimes in the evenings there is live music on the street, songs in different languages, you can sit at a cafe table listening, drinking various drinks, dancing. I liked the rest very much. There is a free Wi-Fi in the lobby. the rest flew by unnoticed. The beach, although it is on the second stage, is very close to where you want to take a break from the city noise. If there's no fuss, then it's there.. The waiters are polite, smiling, immediately remove excess dishes, cats walk, they do not interfere with rest. our flight was delayed, we spent time at the hotel, also rested, ate, used everything as usual. A very cozy and beautiful hotel. The staff is friendly, attentive, and hospitable. Everyone smiles, asks how are you))) The rooms are cleaned every day. The room itself is clean and cozy. The food is excellent, varied:lots of salads, fruits, meat and fish for lunch and dinner (several types), pizza, hamburger, different types of cheeses, lots of pastries and desserts. Everything is very tasty. To the sea 5-10min.The hotel is 4+.Thanks to the staff, well done guys.

A great hotel for four, the sea is not far away. The rooms are standard, they were poorly cleaned, but I think it depends not on the hotel, but on the people who clean the rooms, because my mother's room was cleaned perfectly every day and the bed was changed. If it wasn't for this moment, I would have put five. The food is excellent, tasty, varied, lots of fruits.

There was only water and powdered juices from the vending machine on the beach, and watermelon was occasionally brought. There is no lobby bar, coffee and tea are not allowed before breakfast. Otherwise, everything seems to be fine.
