There are basically no questions about the hotel itself, if you understand that this is a boutique hotel (apartment hotel) and you will not get the usual hotel service here - you need a plate, a glass, a spoon, anything - they will not bring you, you need a bar in the lobby of the hotel - there is none. Breakfast is served at the cafe across the street. The rooms are very clean and fresh, the location is great. BUT, there are several bars under the windows of the hotel and on Fri and Saturday there is VERY NOISY MUSIC (to put it mildly), yesterday (Friday) ended, for example, at 04.00 (morning) and if you are sleeping at this time, well, or with a child like us, then you will not be able to sleep normally. The advice is to take another hotel and the only reason is the noise. Or live here from Monday to Thursday.

The perfect combination of price and quality. 1. Excellent location - almost in the middle of the Kremlin street: a couple of houses up to the street (noise and traffic), and in the other direction lovely curved quiet streets on an interesting terrain. 2. Also, about the location - it is really possible to walk from the metro and shuttles from the airports - which come to Taksim. It was pleasant for us to walk back from a walk along the Kremlin, where at one o'clock in the morning you can have a snack, look for a souvenir, try on and buy a T-shirt. 3. Fresh renovation - everything is clean, tidy, everything works, it's nice to return to the hotel and the room. Excellent, modern furnishings in the room. Good wi-fi. 4. Excellent service: they will help in the lobby, cleaning is regular, the cafe is varied and you are looked after (all breakfasts were held at a table on the street), thank you very much to the whole team for happy birthday! A small minus was in the location of the room, we took the standard, it turned out to be a large room with 2 windows, but the windows overlook a narrow technical courtyard between the houses. I had to close the windows at night, because the periodic beeping of some device could be heard around the clock (windows closed at night helped). We were offered a neighboring building for a small surcharge, but it was lazy to move things, and we stayed for another 3 nights in the same room. If you still find fault, there are almost no Russian TV channels, we found one, which is kind of strange. But lately we have been carrying an Internet media player with us, everything has worked on the local Internet (unlike the previous hotel on the coast, where there was weak Internet). I definitely recommend the hotel.

There is one receptionist who treats the guests very badly, it's a pity that I don't remember the name, There is a Russian girl who is grinding in one situation. The hotel comes to the rescue in some situations, but one employee who does not know his name always spoils his stay at the hotel, and not only I have heard the same thing from friends to whom I recommended the hotel!!
