You force yourself and wait until he looks at you. Customers yelled at the staff that they had been waiting for their order for forty minutes. If you ask for 0.5liters of water, they will bring only 1 glass, despite the fact that there are two of you. If someone has soup, and the other (something that is eaten with a fork) also brings only one at a time.
