I came to this place by accident. Last spring, a car came to me from the States, in which, as it turned out, there was a blow from below on the box and engine. Coincidentally, this organization was located near the one where he planned to do bodywork.
The box was promptly disassembled and showed me all the damage. To be honest, I thought that it would not be possible to restore some elements, and spare parts for an almost new car could not be found.
Nevertheless, the guys were able to recover. Of course, I also read the reviews and the hair stood on end. I thought it had happened.
Communication with clients was lame at that time - I had to call myself and ask about the progress of the work. Pricing was also not entirely clear. On the other hand, the cost fit into my budget.
After everything was ready for assembly and restoration, we agreed on the day of delivery of the work. The day before the end, it turned out that they were not in time and asked for a couple more days. I didn't mind. However, the next day at lunch they called and said that everything was ready. I was pleasantly surprised.
When I picked up the car, the warranty was stipulated. The guys also spent an hour after the payment to help me open the hood when the cable broke through no fault of their own.
For more than a year of use, the car has not found any jambs. You can close your eyes to an uneven weld. The box is working properly. I hope it will continue to be so.
In general, it's not as scary as it seemed, but it's worth working with customer communication.
I left the car to repair the box. They wrote – come and take it away. I arrived – there is no car. We run it in, see if the box is knocking, 10-15 minutes. After 30 minutes, when I asked where the car was, they began to invent something about the traffic police, which was stopped on the way back. While I was waiting, I looked at how people were working – two cars were hanging from the ceiling, one mechanic was drinking coffee, the second was on the phone, the third was playing with a dog. The cars are hanging in proud solitude, no one approaches them. As a result, they drove me 50 km, which I discovered on the way home. Also, the "engine check" light began to light on the panel. I went to the car electricians – they found a broken wire, an error was coming out from here and a sign on the panel was burning. 90 rubles for repairing the box, 50 km for my money and 140 rubles for car electricians to solder the wires to me. Master Ivan. I will never go there again and I do not advise anyone – they lie to my face and break what worked fine before, plus the guys went for a ride at my expense. Disgusting service.
I would have bet all 100⭐ if I had the opportunity. I have the most painful automatic transmission box and they made it with a bang!!!!! The service is great!!!! Men do their job 100%. Now my blue meganchik switches better than any merc!!!! They didn't take any extra money.! High-quality work, courteous staff, which is not enough in Minsk. I recommend this service station!!!!
