I visited this center for the first time. I liked everything, the friendly smiling receptionist, the reception, without delay. Many thanks to Svetlana Nagibovich and her colleague Olga. We met, had an examination, studied the tests and explained everything clearly to me, the fear of this small operation was initially strong, but with such a doctor and assistant, I calmed down almost immediately and completely trusted them. When it hurt, they reacted immediately and did everything to make everything as comfortable as possible. Professionalism, kindness and excellent human qualities. I would like to add a fly in the ointment to this barrel of positive reviews from this clinic.
I was at an appointment with Dr. Elena V. Kazakova with a consultation. Secondly, the recording was at 14:30, I got into the office only after 15 o'clock. The reception lasted 5-7 minutes at most. It is worth dwelling in more detail on how this so-called reception took place.
In response to my concern about the condition of my skin, the doctor asked me a question: "What do you want from me?" It was strange for me, in principle, to hear such a question from the mouth of a doctor (with what is claimed to be the highest category). After a short conversation, the main topic of which was that she couldn't help me in principle, BUT if I INSIST so much, then she can prescribe me a prescription drug. And regarding the care when using this prescription drug, which has a large number of side effects, the doctor mockingly said that I understand this issue better than she does.
Then Elena Valeryevna left the office in order to print her "recommendations", and at that time she discussed my visit with the employee at the reception in the same mocking form in which, in general, she conducted the entire reception.
As a result, I paid 60 rubles for a so-called consultation from a doctor of the highest category, without receiving any sensible medical recommendations either for the care of my skin or for the use of the prescribed drug, but after listening to dislike and sarcasm in my address.
I do not recommend it, 0 out of 10.
