I'll give you one star only for the delivery! The only link that coped without problems in the chain from sale to service! The company's service is disgusting! I ordered furniture for the nursery on 08/04/2024.The table came with a chip and 1 of 3 cabinets of a different color! I have been waiting for the replacement of both for almost 2 months! At first I called every week! The service called the deadline on 26.09! As a result, the day before I received an answer of the kind "oh, and we have already forgotten about you"! And no one cares that the money has been spent, they are already using it, but I am not using my closet!!!! They are doing well! If you want to be disappointed in the stores, contact Aksamit!!!

It all started with the delivery. The driver is a cad! The furniture is not bad, but there are jambs in the form of chips. The package with bolts was not reported, I had to buy it separately! There is no instruction, some incomprehensible pictures, it is not clear where the top is, where the bottom is, where which side is, so I had to assemble and disassemble several times! If only they had written something in words, it would have been clearer!

I would like to tell you about our furniture situation, about the terrible delivery of this store.
The furniture in this store is beautiful, stylish, and the quality is not bad, there are no questions. It turned out that in 2022 we ordered a bed and bedside tables in this store. The delivery did not last long, but everything was brought exactly not on the promised day, as they immediately promised to bring it late, around 0.00 o'clock, as a result, they called at one o'clock in the morning and said that they would not bring it. After a couple of days, everything was brought, the bed was assembled well, and the curbstones were scratched during the autopsy and there was a dent on one of the curbstones from behind, respectively, the curbstones were taken away for replacement. After a while, new cabinets were brought, but they were assembled terribly crookedly. I didn't notice much right away, because I had to leave home for the clinic, I was pregnant. My husband came home from work and saw the condition of the cabinets. We called the service the next day, naturally with complaints. Another collector arrived after some time, but not for long, maybe a few days and collected the cabinets normally. And after almost a year and a half, we still ventured to order a chest of drawers again in this store. The chest of drawers was supposed to arrive before March 5, 2024, the chest of drawers arrived only on March 21, 2024, but the truth is, the next day after the arrival of the chest of drawers, the service called and within an hour the collector arrived and assembled the chest of drawers. Naturally, because we have already quarreled so many times with the service and logistics of this store, it's just terrible. The delivery is terrible, there are constant problems with delivery. And if any problems arise, then they also have a very long time.
Based on the above, I would not recommend this store because of their terrible delivery

I ordered cabinets through the website. They called back quickly. The polite consultant clarified all the points so that there would be no questions later, agreed on payment methods, terms and delivery time.
The cabinets themselves are good, they are not scratched anywhere, there are no chips or defects, the fittings are all in a complete set.
The delivery is excellent. Everything was brought in one piece, exactly at the agreed time. Thanks to the driver Oleg and the loader Alexey!

I do not recommend this store. They allow violations of their own contract concluded with you regarding the delivery of goods. They do not provide the required receipts for delivery services, as well as openly require additional funds for the delivery of goods, citing bad weather (snow) and partial serviceability of vehicles

The delivery of this store, it's just awful! Every time I discussed the delivery time of furniture, and every time they are at least an hour late. Then the car broke down, then the driver got lost. The young logistician does not know how to work .... This time we discussed delivery from 18 to 20 hours, and arrived at 23:30. And once again something broke, happened or got lost.

The attitude towards customers is so-so. I tried to order a computer desk. At first they said it was made to order. Then whatever is available, wait for the call. A week has passed, silence. They don't respond to Viber either. I thought that the table would not be delivered. I left a not very good review about the store with one star. However, a week later they called and said that they would bring the table. The store has fulfilled its obligations. Therefore, I changed the rating to 4 stars. Minus one for the lack of feedback. The table itself without any questions. The color turned out to be a little darker than I would like.

I ordered a bed. They promised to produce it by mid-August. As a result, they were brought in early September.
On calls and questions about when to wait for the bed, they were fed "breakfast".
Independently, no one has ever called or reported a delay in the order.
Also with one call. They tried to make her stupid -"they say we called you. And we agreed on a discount."
No one called - this is one time. But, accordingly, no one has made any discounts.
And the delivery was organized not as they said before 21. But I will say more after 23h
