For Zhanaozeni, this is a completely acceptable hotel: spacious rooms, a fairly cozy atmosphere, air conditioning, hot water, plentiful and hearty set lunches and dinners, affordable prices.
What would you like to improve:
1. Meals at the restaurant. The breakfast is monotonous, the staff does not monitor the replenishment of finished dishes and dishes, the heating of food.
2. Cleanliness in the rooms. Cleaning is carried out in such a way that someone's hair meets in bunches on the mats in the room. There is also hair in the shower.
3. Service. I asked to arrange a desk in the room (by the way, in the suite is the most acceptable option for me), the guys didn't seem to refuse (they nodded their heads that they would do something), but they didn't do anything either.

I arrived with my family, checked into hotels, rented a family room , paid, went up to the room an hour later, another person got up at night in a place with a reception desk and began to demand more money so as not to inflame the situation and since I was with the children, I gave them another $ 50.I do not recommend this hotel.

Upon check-in, they gave a room in which they did not change the linen, someone else's hair lifted the mood. You need to be careful. But after the complaint, they gave me another number.
The minibar was not equipped, I had to prove it.
We lived for three weeks, during which time we cleaned, changed linen, towels only 2 times and after persistent requests.
The water pressure in the shower jumps, it is difficult to wash.
The windows faced a blank wall a meter from the window.
The sauna was not working.
Fried egg for breakfast for three weeks. My love for scrambled eggs is on the verge)
Despite a lot of my quibbles, in my opinion this is a good housing option in Uzen.

It's an unfortunate location, it's a long way to the nearest shops, ATMs and post office. A morally outdated hotel. Small, uncomfortable and cold rooms, there has not been a repair for a long time. The hotel restaurant has only one name, only 1 \ 5 part is prepared from the menu, there are no breakfasts as such. The Internet is very slow and is caught somehow. I do not recommend this hotel, I have already stayed at this hotel 2 times at different times of the year, I changed it to another one, and I do not regret it.

In general, everything is fine, an economy class hotel, everything is there. It is especially nice that breakfast is included. Of the minuses: mosquitoes did not let me sleep, I killed 12-13 pieces in three days, but they did not decrease. I recommend solving this problem. There was some kind of smell in the room, I often aired it myself. And so in general everything is fine!
