I ordered an AGAT table from the online store.
Positive:
- Good choice and design of furniture
- Polite managers and quick order processing
- It's a cool table, but the drawers are small, not the entire length of the table, I wanted more space inside the table that would store things.
Minuses:
- To find out when the table will be delivered, you need to call the driver yourself and find out when the order will be delivered
- The manager focused on Monday, the driver says, "Well, I just left, I'll deliver all the orders, I'll deliver only on Tuesday." And then in the evening he calls and familiarly says, "Well, what are you doing there? I've scattered the orders here, I can start your table for you," I couldn't at that time because the driver rescheduled the time. I set the time for the next day at 7.30, I was 30 minutes late.
If you work in an office, get ready that you will have to adjust your plans to a driver who will not orient you exactly on time.
- There was no change, which is not very convenient.
- There were design flaws in the table itself during assembly.
- The instructions did not indicate on the sides that you need to insert 40mm bolts, not 35mm
- PLEASE FINALIZE THE INSTRUCTIONS so that everything is as clear as possible, and there are no questions about the assembly.
