I have been on the Axiom for more than 10 years. The payment was always a year in advance. Given the poor service, I decided not to deal with them anymore. So they transferred without my consent to a monthly payment, and since February 2023 they have been disconnected. At the same time, they did not warn that they had accrued payment for January (although they did not provide services), and in October (after 8 months) they sent a claim about the procedure for pre-trial resolution of the case, where, in addition to paying for January, they also accrued a penalty. The economist or dispatcher was obliged to notify about the debt and the shutdown!!! Attempts to contact me were not made in any form.I regard this as corrupt actions to siphon money from people.
Employees behave boorishly, throw tubes (specifically: dispatcher Levonchik A.V., economist Shumina E.N.). They don't even try to solve the issue!!! The director's phone is not given (according to them, the director works only once a week from 16 to 19).
In a word, I do NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!
I refused the service, I don't see it washed away, I switched to alternative Internet services where the choice is greater and the quality is better. and this is old cable, and even when I wanted to look at it with a positive balance, I got a reply that the top-up was blocked - it was the finish line!
I forgot to pay the subscription fee a couple of times, I came to my senses when the TV was turned off (Thanks to the dispatcher Olga for the prompt organization of reconnection. I threw off the payment card and within half an hour the master arrived and reconnected. Thanks!
A normal company, provides services no worse than others, at fairly affordable prices, better than Beltelecom. They offer a variety of channel rockets, from minomal to extended. There are nuances about different preventive measures, reconfigurations, but this is like everyone else. Everything suits us.
I terminated the contract 10 years ago, so they made a new one, signed instead of a change, and billed me a large amount without providing services! They don 't know how to make money anymore !
Terrible service, I've been using it for many years, and finally it boiled over, 06/10/2020, 20:14 I watched a movie, and everything was gone, there were only channels on which there was nothing to watch!!! And so every time, a little bit of an interesting movie, and constant interference, image loss!!! TERRIBLE service! I dialed the control room for half an hour, no one picks up the phone, or they throw it off! I don't see any point in continuing to pay for such poor service!!!
