I found my master in this studio. I've been going regularly for the second year now. The master is excellent, but there are small problems with the rest. The administrator is constantly messing up: he will write down for a manicure instead of a pedicure, or he will decide not to respond to a message that was "incomprehensible" to her. Very often they call and ask to reschedule the recording. Because of all this, I get nervous every time before recording. I talked to the owner of the studio, but the answers give the impression that the administrator is her friend or relative, and nothing will change. In the cabin itself, you need to wear shoe covers in dirty weather, but the cabin is always very dirty, there is garbage on the floor. Then why the shoe covers is unclear. I wouldn't be surprised if manicurists are also forced to clean up. And they are so poor they get tired by the end of the working day. If there is a cleaner there, she is incompetent, you need to change. The salon is constantly playing low-grade music a la Mia Boyko or TV series like Dom-2. It's just unbearable to listen to it for an hour and a half, and you can't put on your headphones, you need to hear the master. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that due to such nuances, customers eventually leave for the masters, and do not stay in the salon. Even with the same level of other masters. Bottom line: my master is excellent, I walk, but if the master leaves or stops working, I will not stay in the salon, I will look for a new one in other places - where there will be not only a high-quality manicure, but also a clean, normal admin and without a House-2.
