Excellent sauna, good steam room. Very good karaoke equipment. A clean swimming pool. There is a billiards table in the large sauna. There is a budget option, though without a pool. I've been there more than once, I advise you.

I didn't see any disadvantages. Only the pros. Nice steam pool, billiards, recreation room, smoking room, etc. I liked everything.
