It's a very old hotel. Furniture, everything is old. The current is convenient for the price and location. The cleanliness is so-so. Breakfast is included, but of course you shouldn't expect much. And the doors are sooo thin, you can hear everything.
The post-Soviet legacy. The reception is beautiful and that's it. And the view from the balcony is also beautiful. The location is in the very center next to the park, but because of this the noise of nightlife until late at night. You can't sleep with the windows open. The rooms have been in need of repair for a very long time, everything is tired. The beds creak loudly. They walked barefoot on the carpet, then barely washed their feet ((
They gave the same thing for breakfast for three days. There are no complaints about fried eggs) Very tasty sausage and cheese, the cheapest option from the "Pyaterochka" for the promotion.
In general, I do not recommend it.
The location is great. There is a large park nearby. The place where yachts are rented is also nearby. The rock trail is also nearby. Near the supermarket Leader, Lanzhou, shopping center Noise, Tandoor house, Gadim's and other necessary places. To the recreation centers in the direction of Trioflife, Tethysblue leave from this side of the city (if you are driving a car). Own Parking (fenced) with video surveillance. Very affordable prices. We rented a suite through booking. The room had everything you needed. Friendly staff. Breakfast is included. The rooms and the whole hotel are clean, everything is neat. There is a microwave oven and a water boiler on each floor. Of the disadvantages, only one elevator worked. Both the guests and the staff used this elevator. Sometimes it took a long time to wait.
A mediocre hotel of Soviet times, the audibility in the room is wonderful, the neighbors have become like family. There are two balconies in the room, it is not possible to open the air because the neighbors smoke on both sides. The furniture is old, the room smells, but the bathroom floors are heated. An option to spend the night if there is no other choice
An old tired hotel. An economical option for tourists. The location is great in the very center of the city. The view from the window is gorgeous, right on the sea.
It doesn't even roll one star. The bed is stained with hair. Terrible mold in the shower. All the walls are cracked. The smell is pungent, as if the room has never been ventilated. The kettle is black from scale. Containers that look empty. The floors are in terrible condition. Naturally, he didn't stay there. I went down to the reception desk to explain the situation, woke up the girl, she either did not have time to wake up and did not understand, or consciously silently shrugged her shoulders at all this.
P.s: an unexpected guest was waiting for me in the room - in the photo
Great view from the window, although the room was not a suite, reasonable prices, an edible breakfast and responsible staff. View of the Caspian Sea takes out
Judging by the name, it is the central hotel of the city. Inside, everything is old, Soviet - from furniture, decoration, dining room to socializing.
Nevertheless, you can stop
Or soft beds, but a terrible room.
Or a normal room, but with beds like in a concentration camp.... The breakfast is of the same type and does not change. It is issued in portions
It's a great place... Thank you very much for everything. The hotel is cool.
For the first time in Kazakhstan. People here are kind and always happy to help. Thank you for the hospitality of Kazakhstan. ✊
The Soviet Union was built, miracles are not worth waiting for. A budget option for a short trip. Excellent location, medium-sized rooms with 2 entrances, breakfast is very budget.
It was not very neat, there were dirty spots on the carpets, they turned off the light at 22 at 1:00, respectively, there was no Wi-Fi, the phone could not be charged, there are rooms with sea views, but I was moved into a room with a view of the courtyard depressingly, the smell in the dining room is just a nightmare, all the dishes are sticky dirty. I couldn't eat anything.
The location is cozy, everything is at hand. Kaye, the Palace of Culture and the shopping center. Everything is nice and clean inside. Breakfast is fragrant tea and WiFi.
Aktau Hotel.
At the address: 2nd microdistrict, 66.
The hotel has a good price-quality ratio was in a one-room room.
The room is clean, the room has a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. The bathroom has 3 towels, shower gel, soap and shampoo. Wi-fi in the room is bad, so you can not rely on it much.
I paid 8000 tenge for the room, which at the exchange rate at that time was 1108 rubles.
The price / quality ratio is normal, but in fact the hotel is already very old, requires major repairs. The view from the window there is beautiful on high floors, I missed breakfast😅
It is convenient that a beauty salon and the city center are nearby
Very shabby repair. The tap water flows rusty at first, after 10-15 seconds it begins to flow transparent. It is impossible to sleep on the bed, the springs dig into the body, I put a blanket on top and slept on top of it, but even this did not save 100%. On the very first day, cleaning did not come to me, no one took out the trash and brought toilet paper. The next day everything was fine. From the good: disposable slippers are changed every day, breakfast is included in the price, it is the same every day: milk porridge, 1 boiled egg, 1 fried egg, 2 slices of cheese, and sausage, 2 slices of tomato and cucumber.
3* stars hotel and the rating is the same)) in principle, for this price tag it's even not bad. I lived in a standard single room. They are constantly cleaned, towels are changed. Breakfast is always the same, only the porridge changes. And this is certainly not a buffet)) take a voucher at the reception, go to the dining room with it and you are given a menagerie on which one boiled egg, one egg glaze, 2 pieces of cheese, 2 pieces of sausage. The pieces are the master's. 2 slices of tomato and cucumber and 2 slices of bread and porridge in a separate plate. Tea, coffee and sometimes milk. There are friendly receptionists at the reception.
A good hotel, friendly staff, the renovation is old, but everything is clean and this is the most important thing. The price corresponds to the quality more than
I stayed for a day in a single housekeeper. 8000₸ came out (9000₸ on booking, booked by whatsapp).
Positive:
- the room is clean
- I stopped by at 9 a.m. without paying for an early check-in
- location
- surprisingly, Wi-Fi. I thought it wouldn't really work, but at a speed of 10-20 Mbps and even video calls worked fine. I had enough for work (3rd floor)
- a small private balcony. For smokers, it's definitely a plus.
- there are towels, hangers, kettle, glasses
Minuses:
- of course, this is an old foundation and the renovation is not the first freshness
- at the check-out, they asked to pay extra for an early check-in. I was very surprised and showed the correspondence in Whatsapp, where the final cost was clearly announced. The issue was closed, but the unpleasant feeling remained. Always ask for the final cost in writing.
- view from the window (apparently, as luck would have it, I was not facing the sea)
- the lock was messed up, as a result, I couldn't close the door until I figured it out
- it's cold, but the air conditioner for heating solves the problem. However, it can be heard.
- there is no chair and table (only a small coffee table), there is no bedside table
- there are no toothbrushes, tea bags, hair dryer, and other small things like spoons, too
- periodically, there is no one at the reception
Overall, I think it justifies its price, so I got what I expected.
UPD: at the exit, they asked to pay extra for early entry. It's good that I had a WhatsApp conversation where the total amount of 8000 tenge was indicated. As a result, I didn't pay anything extra, but the unpleasant feeling remained. The rating of the hotel is "Normal".
The place is good, the rooms are small but cozy. I took off 1 star only because the room was bitterly cold (I checked in in December) and I had to heat the air conditioner for an hour and a half to keep warm
The room key card should not be forgotten to be updated at the reception every afternoon. There is no hot water, there is warm water — a little warmer than room temperature, probably. Otherwise, everything is at the level of expectations from a Soviet hotel, and there is no point in finding fault with an adequate cost for this.
The room is like a room. The furniture is old. No more than 3 stars.
Positive:
I liked the location. You can check in late at night, breakfast is included. I haven't seen any cockroaches or bedbugs. The bed linen is clean.
Cons: dirty bathroom/shower, WiFi is awkward AT ALL!!! although it is declared.
The service is neutral. They responded to requests and answered questions. Nothing remarkable
I liked the hotel very much, it was clean, cozy, simple. The only thing is that the cords of electrical appliances do not reach the sockets, and I did not immediately find an extension cord. Linen and towels, clean and white. This is a plus. The view from the window is great. Everything is within walking distance of cafes, shops. The prices are reasonable. So I advise you.
Does not correspond to the declared 3 stars. The renovation was done in the hall and in the corridors. I was in a 2-room Suite with an old renovation and old furniture, a potbellied TV, and an old yellow refrigerator from the nineties. The room cleaning is not of high quality. In the hallway upstairs, in the built-in closet, there was a "hello" from the last guest in the form of an empty pack of cigarettes, and some kind of medicinal bubble from the fungus. There is a constant smell of smoke from the hood in the toilet. There is an interesting supply of soap and shampoo in the bathroom (photo attached). Of the advantages of the room: only the size of the room, 2 balconies and of course the view from the balcony to the sea sunrise and sunset! Breakfast consists of coffee/tea (you can have it with milk!), porridge (delicious) and a sandwich. I lived for several days, only the type of porridge changes. The staff is sad and apathetic. One of the girls spoke Russian poorly and pretended not to understand, falling asleep on the move. All admins have very long nails with bright varnish and false Eyelashes, this causes bad associations. There is a lobby bar in the lobby. I watched 2 times as a barmaid nurses a 3-year-old child in this lobby bar, all visitors can see it, because opposite the reception. and this is in the order of things. The only big plus is the location, it's a 7-minute walk to the embankment, everything is nearby.
Convenient location near the park and the embankment. The room has everything you need for a stay. The price and quality are consistent. The breakfasts could have been better. Water distillers in the hallway. There is a luggage storage room.
The room is single, clean. The bed is comfortable. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator. The kettle must be additionally asked. The TV is old, kinescope, did not turn on. It's more difficult with sockets, or a refrigerator and an air conditioner or a TV and a kettle,😀 I'm fine. The location of the hotel itself is good. Ak-bota Park is across the street. The sea and the beach are 15 minutes away. There is also an exit to the rock path. I recommend it for a walk. I only liked it in the afternoon, they say it's beautiful when it gets dark too.
The price did not match the one announced on the bookeng. That is, in fact, it was twice as high. The breakfast is delicious, I liked it. Two fried eggs, two pieces of sausage, two pieces of cheese, two pieces of bread, rice porridge. Drinks tea, coffee
I liked the hotel is not expensive, clean and cozy, with a view of the sea. The staff is polite. I advise you if you are on a business trip. The view is gorgeous from the window.
