I stayed for a day in a single housekeeper. 8000₸ came out (9000₸ on booking, booked by whatsapp).
Positive:
- the room is clean
- I stopped by at 9 a.m. without paying for an early check-in
- location
- surprisingly, Wi-Fi. I thought it wouldn't really work, but at a speed of 10-20 Mbps and even video calls worked fine. I had enough for work (3rd floor)
- a small private balcony. For smokers, it's definitely a plus.
- there are towels, hangers, kettle, glasses
Minuses:
- of course, this is an old foundation and the renovation is not the first freshness
- at the check-out, they asked to pay extra for an early check-in. I was very surprised and showed the correspondence in Whatsapp, where the final cost was clearly announced. The issue was closed, but the unpleasant feeling remained. Always ask for the final cost in writing.
- view from the window (apparently, as luck would have it, I was not facing the sea)
- the lock was messed up, as a result, I couldn't close the door until I figured it out

Does not correspond to the declared 3 stars. The renovation was done in the hall and in the corridors. I was in a 2-room Suite with an old renovation and old furniture, a potbellied TV, and an old yellow refrigerator from the nineties. The room cleaning is not of high quality. In the hallway upstairs, in the built-in closet, there was a "hello" from the last guest in the form of an empty pack of cigarettes, and some kind of medicinal bubble from the fungus. There is a constant smell of smoke from the hood in the toilet. There is an interesting supply of soap and shampoo in the bathroom (photo attached). Of the advantages of the room: only the size of the room, 2 balconies and of course the view from the balcony to the sea sunrise and sunset! Breakfast consists of coffee/tea (you can have it with milk!), porridge (delicious) and a sandwich. I lived for several days, only the type of porridge changes. The staff is sad and apathetic. One of the girls spoke Russian poorly and pretended not to understand, falling asleep on the move. All admins have very long nails with bright varnish and false Eyelashes, this causes bad associations. There is a lobby bar in the lobby. I watched 2 times as a barmaid nurses a 3-year-old child in this lobby bar, all visitors can see it, because opposite the reception. and this is in the order of things. The only big plus is the location, it's a 7-minute walk to the embankment, everything is nearby.
