Probably, such places are needed for holding lavish celebrations on the occasion of the wedding. It's a great building, I agree. However, it does not fulfill its function. Inside, half of it is almost closed, rather than a wedding palace, but like an ordinary office or office with offices where marriage is registered, turnover, divorce, divorce, etc. So far, all the beauty of the building is holding, but only one-fourth of it is working inside, even with ribbons closed.
