The ferroalloy plant provides work and stable earnings for 4 thousand people. One of the few organizations in the city where there is a more or less normal social package for employees. Every year the attention of factory workers is growing. A lot has been done in recent years in terms of jobs and sanitary conditions. There is an opportunity to grow in a career plan. Of course, there are questions from the population on environmental issues. But even here a lot is being done to reduce the impact on the environment, those who do not work at the plant do not know this. Investments to improve environmental performance are very huge.
