I started calling to clarify whether I was ready or not and then it started, then they glued the touchscreen a second time, because the first one was defective, then the master already handed it over and they were about to bring it to the issuance point, and on 28.06 they said that it was still drying up and could not give it to me. And here's a miracle on 07/01/24 I go to pick up the phone, when I picked it up it was still in elastic bands, they said not to take it off for a couple of hours, to my question: has it been drying since 06/28?They answered: they say they glued the touchscreen for the third time, because the second one was also defective. The phone was given away without a case, the manager offered to give me a ride, but I no longer wanted to contact this service and I refused. Late in the evening, after removing the rubber bands, I found that yellow spots appeared on the screen. 02.07 I bring the smartphone back to the service and it started again, one says that he was pressed hard, the second on the phone that it happens. I leave it for the plywood, I already INSIST that the repair order has a deadline of 08.07. And 06.07 they called and said that the phone can be picked up.I came to pick it up on 08.07. Upon inspection, the case was in place, but the protective glass was no longer there. To my question, where is the safety glass? The answer was received: it remained on the old module. And it doesn't make me hot or cold, it should be on the phone. And here dancing with tambourines began again, calls to the masters and discussions of the problem, the search for a place where you can paste glass. They even offered to go to Zhdanovichi. We agreed that they would return 30 rubles to me. However, after a while they sent a message with the contact and the cost on Komarovka.
The result: the repair, which is done in 1-2 days, lasted for almost 3 weeks. It's a pity to waste time and energy because of the crooked masters.
The warranty is 3 months.

Then, when I already agreed to the repair, they promised within a week that they would do and call. As a result, silence again. I waited a couple of days, I call myself, they say that I am not ready and ask me to wait by putting me in standby mode. I've been waiting for 5 minutes, there's no answer. She hung up the phone. No one called me back.
I try to call on Friday and Saturday, but no one answers the phone. On Monday, they still answer me and say that you understand that you need to solder there, the master says that difficulties have arisen.
And on Friday they call me and say that a black cover has come to your laptop (the laptop is white) it is not critical for you. That is, it turns out that no one has started fixing the laptop, and it's been a month! As a result, out of principle, I went, refused to repair and took the laptop.
In general, they don't care about customers at all. With this attitude, I won't fix anything else here. An unpleasant experience((
