We contacted this company for refilling the column and maintenance of the cleaning system. Water analysis was provided, only 1 indicator was exceeded - iron. The manager very insistently offered to make water softening, although it was not required according to the analysis from the laboratory. As a result, I paid more than 1200 rubles. 2 weeks have passed and the water was still rusty. My hands turn black from washing dishes, black stains on the plumbing. The cleaning system is not working. The girl manager suggested that we start the regeneration ourselves. We do not want to do this, because we do not have the appropriate competence. She offered the installer's departure for 40 rubles, referring to the fact that we may not have salt or the sewer is clogged. I can't understand how it's clogged up if, excuse me, we use the toilet and everything floats away somewhere. Then, during regeneration, I suggested shutting off the water supply, ostensibly to exclude mixing, but excuse me, we have regeneration from 2 to 3 at night, do I need to put a bed in the basement next to the cleaning so that the faucet is turned off every night?! There was an opinion that a person does not understand cleaning issues at all, the filling was not suitable, which is why the water is not cleaned. And no one wants to eliminate it. I do not recommend anyone to contact this company, because people are completely incompetent.

As a result, no one called me back. I call and ask - it turns out the glass has arrived. I come - the wrong glass.
I came with a specific request, showed what I needed, ordered, waited a week.
Why say that you can order something if you bring the wrong thing. If there is no such glass as I need, say no, and I will go on looking.
Bottom line: It seems such simple things, but what kind of service can we talk about if even such simple things have problems. Buyers, be careful, you risk wasting your time.

I purchased a water softening system for the house. There is no service culture, during the shipment the guy did not even check what he was shipping, he carried everything that came to hand. The girl on the phone doesn't understand anything about what she sells and for what. The director of the company is no better. He came to do the setup and does not know how it is done, they did not give a specialist for the setup, because they probably do not exist. Half a year after it became clear that the water was not being cleaned, it turned out that the setup was done incorrectly (the Clack WSEW control unit), i.e. the company sells something that it does not even understand and does not have the appropriate level of specialists. Also, the salt filling was not selected based on the volume of the filter material. I do not recommend contacting you to purchase softening systems.
