When checking into the room, I found a bunch of unpleasant flaws.. The window in one of the rooms was not properly closed, cold air and noise from the street from the highway were blowing out. He asked me to fix it.. The master came and checked if there really was a problem. They offered to change the number. I had to move in again. At the reception we were offered to move the bed linen on their own, from one floor to another, but unsuccessfully.. In the end, the cleaner brought a new one According to this incident, none of the employees even tried to apologize for the inconvenience. They moved me to a room . Flies in the ceiling lights, strange spots on the sofa, there is no plug in the sink, hot water appears after 10 minutes as the cold one merges, the drain in the shower barely lets water through. The food is simple and delicious.

We booked a hotel for a day, the goal was to visit the water park. The overall impression is 4. The most pleasant is the water park and a good breakfast, everything is included in the room rate. Large and beautiful territory. Cons - an old spring mattress, poor-quality bed linen. The bed wasn't prepared for the baby, it was just piled in a chair, make it yourself. They don't even do that in apartments for a day. The slippers were just transparent, the cheapest, and my feet were freezing on the icy tiles. In general, the room is "tired". We would have returned just for the sake of the water park.
