We stayed at the hotel with the children at the end of October. Everything is very good, the rooms are clean, cleaning is daily, and very quickly. The breakfasts are ordinary, but very tasty, we were not hungry. We had dinner, also in the hotel restaurant, salad from the chef, you'll lick your fingers!!! A visit to the unlimited water park is a bonus. The children were delighted. The only unpleasant minus is that very, VERY noisy companies stop by on weekends.

We were at the water park on February 25-26.This is not the first time we have rested, the children are growing up and this time we decided to take a two-room suite. The room is spacious, cozy and clean. The eldest daughter was sleeping on an extra bed. The youngest stayed on the couch (they took bedding with them, although just a sheet would have been enough, there were enough pillows for everyone and there was an extra blanket in the closet). The children really liked that they had their own TV in the room. There was a spacious bathroom with a bidet and a large walk-in closet.
The water park was pleased with a small number of people, the baths were a gift, there were quite a few people there, but there was enough space for everyone in the baths, in the pool and on the sun beds. Everything is super as always!
PS I forgot to write that a guest was found in the room in the morning.. cockroach. But even this did not greatly spoil the impression of the room. The administration is kindly requested to take this fact into account and take the necessary measures)

A great hotel for its price. Friendly and competent staff, clean and tidy, the room where we lived was a two-room suite had everything from a mini bar (for a fee) to toothbrushes, the smell in the rooms was slightly heavy. Breakfast is included in the price (buffet) very tasty (homemade) and varied. A pleasant bonus of course is a visit to the water park on the day of arrival and departure. In general, we recommend it.

The water park is large, with many slides. When we arrived, we decided to take a picture first, but we couldn't find a background for the photos other than a Christmas tree. The room is mostly blue, the slides and pipes are all in the same color. There are two slides of red color, this is where the variety of colors ends. From artificial greenery, there are several tall palm trees and a couple of pots with greenery to which there is no approach. The information stand says that the water in the main pool is 29 degrees, in fact it is much colder. I had to go to the children's pool to warm up, the water there is really warm and comfortable. My son (13 years old), who loves water parks and has been to more than one, asked to leave because he was frozen, given that the temperature outside was above zero on 01/02/2025. I can imagine how cold it is when it's minus outside. It may be comfortable there in summer, but I don't recommend going there in winter.

We had a family vacation on 16-17.02.2025, we checked into the hotel a little earlier than 15, the rooms are clean, cozy, the breakfasts are decent, but there are no lunch and dinner choices, borscht, draniki are tasteless, the food is generally expensive, the water park itself is tired, a lot of lockers did not work, the pool water is cold, the slides are good, large, The sauna complex is small, we expected more, I don't think we'll be back! We visited Aqua Minsk in mid-February 2025. Rooms of the middle class (correspond to 3 stars), require renovation. The staff is polite and friendly. A visit to the water park and spa area was included. Baths can barely pull a triple. Breakfast was also included. Everything is hot and delicious.
But visiting the restaurant in the evening left that "aftertaste".
The order was placed at 16.00, so that when visiting the restaurant at 21.00 it would not take long to prepare the dishes. When we arrived at the restaurant, the salads we ordered were mixed up. We waited for more than 2 hours for the hot stuff. As a result, not all portions were brought. The potatoes looked like they had been cooked yesterday and weren't even fully warmed up. The service is just terrible.

A wonderful place, lots of water attractions for all ages and levels! The pools are also diverse for all ages. I really liked the water bar, a pleasant place with very warm water where you can sit and watch for a while. The children were absolutely delighted. I was pleased with the quest room with light and water tricks, it is funny and fun for both adults and children! The water park is large and designed for a significant number of people. The changing rooms are comfortable, everything is thought out! We liked it!

We stayed at the hotel for the second time. Overall, a very good impression. The rooms are clean. Huge parking lot. A good breakfast. Neither adults nor children will remain hungry. A huge beautiful territory. The water park is already in need of repair in some places, but this does not spoil the impression. There is a separate queue at the entrance for hotel guests. This is a nice bonus. Yes, there are queues for slides, but they are in any park.
The only negative for me is the uncomfortable beds. As I understand it, the springs need to be replaced.
In general, this is a place where you can spend a great weekend.

ADVANTAGES:
1) excellent location
2) cozy houses for living (behind the main building)
3) beautiful territory
4) decent breakfasts (the most necessary, no frills)

CONS:
1) the electric stove does not work, water is not provided, shampoos/ conditioners are not added, there is no corkscrew / normal knife (there is some kind of cleaver, only animals to carve), there is no air freshener, the hair dryer turns off every 4 minutes, it was not possible to dry yourself and the children (although when checked by a regular master it blew and worked, apparently the law of meanness), there is no way to signal that you do not need to enter the room in your absence (garbage bags were clearly changed at the time when we left the house)
Overall, the impression is very good, I would love to come back again, I advise you, you will not regret it))

I really love this hotel!!! Firstly, for cleanliness, comfort, service, and a big plus is the Water Park, which is included in the price) breakfast (buffet) is now included - very tasty, varied, generally for every taste, no one will go hungry))) For me personally, there was one disadvantage: booking through the website, I used to just call, prepayment was not needed. And now if you want to book with a discount, you need to pay immediately, I was afraid to send a large amount (I needed 2 rooms), I booked with payment on the spot, but without a discount) I think there should be different types of booking not only through the site, some do not know how to use them or are afraid. But this is one small minus, but in general, what is a hotel, what is a water park, what is a 5+ restaurant. Thank you for being there and rejoicing at us!!!!

The staff is very polite.Check-in at 15.00.but in fact, we arrived at 13.00 and were immediately checked in (most likely the room was already available). The last time we were in a 2-room room, bathrobes, slippers, personal hygiene products were provided. In a single room in 2023, at least, there was no such thing.We went back to the room and went down to dinner, delicious, but not cheap.The cafe downstairs is open until 23.00 (if I'm not mistaken).For breakfast (also included) buffet from 8.00-11.00 you can have a good and tasty meal, porridges, salads (cabbage, venigret)eggs, sliced cheese, meat, vegetables, cheesecakes,sausages, sausages, potatoes, buckwheat, various cakes, fruits (orange and watermelon cut into pieces), canned yoghurts,tea,coffee, etc. You will not stay hungry)) Every time the breakfasts are different +- similar. We have been to the hotel with the whole family several times. We rent a room for several days and arrange a mini-vacation for ourselves. The rooms are clean and tidy. In summer, hotel guests have the opportunity to use the water park for free, and there is a priority queue to enter the water park.
The location of the hotel is very good, in the evenings it is quiet and peaceful around. There is a large free parking, there is a children's room.

This is a really cool place where everyone can find something to do. The children enjoyed swimming, and the adults also found something to do. I was especially pleased with the many types of Jacuzzi - a great opportunity to relax and unwind after a busy day. However, there are disadvantages. Late check-in at the hotel did not add joy - 15.00 is a rather late time. Because of this, it was not possible to make it to all the planned events, which was a little disappointing. When we arrived, the overall impression was normal, of course it was not 5 stars, so there were no high expectations. Beautiful territory, good breakfast, pretty clean, water pressure is sufficient, there is a TV, wardrobe, table.
But the service at the hotel and the attitude towards the guests are of very poor quality. There is a feeling that the guest is lucky that he got to this hotel. This is partly true, as the hotel is located directly next to the water park. The lack of healthy competition has done its job. I assume that the hotel management does not monitor the level of services provided, as there is enough demand.
1. The staff are young guys, some students, they have no idea what a great service is. It is difficult to say whether there are mentors with the right attitude. As if not. In general, it feels like the entire staff is completely unenthusiastic.
2. The cost of some services is surprising. For example, underwear for extras. seats cost about 70 Belarusian rubles per day. Bike rental costs the same as car rental: 150 Belarusian rubles for three bicycles in 3 hours!
3. The mattress in the room is crooked, and the springs stick out - it's not very comfortable to sleep.
4. There are no air conditioners.
5. Water is given only upon check-in, then you need to buy more.
This is our first time in Belarus, we decided to visit our neighbors. We expected a Top class in the capital. But we ended up in the Russian countryside of the early 2000s.
Will I return to this hotel? Definitely not. The price is almost the same as in Turkey, and the service is of poor quality!

One of the advantages is a gorgeous territory, well-groomed, interesting, a water park a hundred meters away. The rooms are also nice, fresh, clean, they are cleaned every day. There is a bike rental, we enjoyed a ride along the long bike path. Buffet breakfasts. Everything is delicious, everyone can find something of their own (well, you can't please especially picky kids at home). On the menu: omelette, oatmeal porridge, sausages, sausages, potatoes, buckwheat, rice, pasta, chicken wings, breakfast cereals, milk, coffee, tea, fruit drinks, compotes, cheesecakes, cucumbers, fresh tomatoes, oranges. Desserts include cookies, glazed cheeses, and sometimes delicious croissants.
Then there are small disadvantages:
For more than 13 thousand per day for a double standard, there are no free water coolers! From our family of 4 people, it turned out to be more than 27 thousand. Guys, it's going to be a penny, but it's going to be a different impression. Moreover, there is a cooler in the restaurant, but they do not allow you to get water. And the hotel is downright family-oriented, and the kids are thirsty!
In order to iron things, you need to go to the reception, ask for the key to the mysterious room with an iron. In other hotels, boards with irons are on every floor. This is also a penny. There is one set of shampoo and rinse aid for the entire period of stay, i.e., as if you washed your head once, and then stomp to the store, or drag it out of the house.
There was a moment when they ordered food at their restaurant. Knowing that we would have to wait a long time, we went up to the room and waited for a call from the restaurant about readiness. After an hour of waiting, we called there ourselves. The staff said that they allegedly called us three times, but no one answered the phone. And we were in the room all the time, where else would we be? Well, damn it, send a messenger, since the food is getting cold, but I couldn't get through. The food, by the way, was very tasty.

When registering, they always take a very long time to register before settling in. It always takes a long time to calculate the cost of living. Last time we were shortchanged by 100 white rubles. Well, I decided to check the receipt in the room. They didn't even apologize.
The house was poorly cleaned before our arrival. There were cobwebs and debris on the floor, there was someone else's hair in the bathroom. The bed was made up with a small sheet that was constantly gathering, and even with a hole. Three days after arrival, the bed linen was supposed to be changed, but it was not changed. On the fourth day, they just called and asked if they needed to clean the room.
Breakfast in the restaurant is not very good. There are very few breakfast dishes or they run out quickly. Fried potatoes, hunting sausages, pasta and sausages are not very suitable for breakfast. There is no casserole, no light soup. There is only one porridge and it ends quickly. This breakfast is not worth 25 rubles per person. There's just nothing to eat with that money.
At lunch, the same restaurant fed us broth with raw chicken meatballs. We were left hungry with three children. They did not hear any apologies, and even included raw dishes in the bill.
It is convenient that the hotel is located next to the water park.

We checked into this hotel today. standard room for 2 people with 2 children of 8 years and a year who sleeps with us. When calling the reception desk that they could provide bed linen for a child in an extra chair that could be unfolded, the Aqua Minsk staff explained that you did not pay for an additional place in the amount of 1800 extra, therefore, bed linen is not provided for you. This is the first time I've seen this in hotels. The administration always finds a compromise. Sabres, what are you doing? 1,800 for a sheet? With dirty faucets and a toilet bowl on chewing gum. Well, okay, let's get some sleep anyway. I do not recommend stingy people(((I want to add a review on the floors there is no boiler with drinking water, there is no water anywhere except to go to a restaurant and buy there, you will not be able to buy in a store nearby, they simply are not there, and the room was not cleaned in 3 days, the garbage was taken out once when the sign was hung, who has children know how many diapers are collected per day. There's a whole mountain of garbage in 3 days, and there aren't any big trash cans nearby to throw away on your own.

But due to the changes and the lack of opportunity to accommodate 5 people in a bungalow (previously we always rested like this, because the area of the bungalow allows 5 tourists to stay there), and it was 5 people who arrived. And we were dying from the heat and the lack of air conditioning. But we booked in advance for the end of August, we thought the heat would already subside... Bad luck again. They were suffocating again from the complete lack of ventilation. Something has to be done about it. It's just a slaughterhouse. The water park included in the price, of course, pleased me. But I also want to sleep normally, and not suffer. Arriving at the hotel in the evening, at 19 o'clock, we rushed to the water park. At the reception they warned that we had paid for the third place in the room so that the linen would be brought to the extra place. After returning from the water park after its closure at 22 o'clock, nothing has changed, add. Nobody brought the laundry. I calmly called the front desk. I understand everything, they forgot. My husband was leaving for a meeting 10 minutes later, the linen had not yet been brought, I asked him to come to remind the reception that we had not been given linen. It took another 40 minutes ... At 23 o'clock I called the reception again, said that I had asked at 19 o'clock, that I had called an hour ago, that my husband had come up, reminded me... Yes, I have an adult son, 13 years old... He understands that he has to wait. And if it was a small child... I'm not asking for something incredible, I'm asking you to do your job... I understand there are a lot of people... There is a water park on site, free of charge for hotel guests. Very good. The room is standard. Double bed, folding chair 15,000 Russian rubles. Breakfast is included. At the reception, I recommend guests of the republic to buy a SIM card. I just didn't find any communication salons nearby. The world map is accepted in the Republic of Belarus. The bank for currency exchange is far away. I was changing at the arena shopping center. My son and I walked, but there is a bus running. The hotel is very clean. There is no air conditioning in this room because of the disadvantages. Only the fan. Lots of towels. Disposable slippers, gel, shampoo, conditioner. There is liquid soap in the bathroom. Toilet with built-in hygienic shower. It is aimed directly at 10k. Be careful. ))) Overall, I really liked it. And imho, taking into account the water park, it is not expensive at all. I recommend.

When you go to the water park through the magnificent garden, you can feed the fish and ducks.
In the water park, in an electronic queue, you choose what from the hotel, the service is separate and fast. There are many slides in the water park, the eight-year-old son went through all but one. For 9 hours I have never got out of the pool 🙂
You can eat well on the territory.

The restaurant is expensive, but clean and tasty, 20% discount for residents. The price includes a visit to the water park. The Water Park itself is not bad for children, but the pools are too small for adults. The children's club "Rainbow", which is included in the price of the hotel, is not very interesting. It is not suitable for children over 8 years old.
A big minus is the lack of its own territory and Windows to the embankment (noisy). The beach is small, it is normal out of season, there will not be enough space in the season. I definitely recommend it

The staff is mostly very friendly, ready to help with various issues. The hotel is a bit "on the outskirts" of the city, but you can get to different points by different types of transport. I do not advise ordering a taxi through the hotel - it is expensive. Yandex to help everyone.

It was in January 2024. We booked a room with breakfast and the opportunity to use the water park. I am absolutely delighted!!!
1. The room is very comfortable, lots of light, spacious, soft comfortable beds, TV, refrigerator, spacious wardrobe in the hallway. The bathroom is large, there is a hairdryer, towels, soap, a large mirror, again, a lot of light. The room is comfortable!!! The only drawback is that there is no electric kettle in the room. But I have my own travel backpack, so there was no discomfort.
2. Breakfast is a buffet. I have no questions. Dishes for all tastes. Oatmeal, potatoes, pasta or buckwheat. Boiled sausages, fried sausages, sliced cheese, sausage. Coffee from a coffee machine. Lots of pickles, salads. For children, there is milk, various kinds of cereals, cookies, yoghurts, omelets. The quality is excellent, there were no questions. The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and tidy. The staff is polite and attentive. The possibility of unlimited access to the water park while staying at the hotel is an excellent solution. The breakfast is very tasty and varied. The only thing missing was the evening/night entertainment program at the hotel, like a disco.

We were at Aqua Minsk in winter, we took a double room for 360 rubles. I read a lot of horror reviews before check-in, so there were some concerns.
It turned out that most of what was written had nothing to do with the truth: the staff was polite, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, there was a refrigerator, a bunch of towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo and hair balm, all the light bulbs were on. The breakfast is delicious, there is enough food to eat for the whole day, although we arrived later than eight. The restaurant had no problems giving a vase for flowers and teaspoons to the room.

Very poor sound insulation inside the room and between the room and the corridor: the nocturnal encroachments of neighbors can be heard in detail and in detail, the bathroom is stuffy because of a very hot heated towel rail, but swimsuits and towels dry on it after an hour after the water park, you need to bring your own towels, since it is forbidden to take them out of the room.

But there are questions about the water park itself. I understand that this is not exactly a traditional entertainment for the middle of December, but there are still a lot of people there. There are literally 3-4 slides, most of which are in absolute, pitch darkness. This spoils the whole impression and, in my opinion, is quite traumatic. But the biggest problem is not in this, but in the ice pools. The scoreboard says that their temperature is 29 °, and coming out of them, you are shaking from the cold. That is why, instead of running down the slides, we decided to warm up in the spa, there was also the only warm pool in the entire water park, in which, due to the number of people, we could only stand.
We liked the baths, saunas and other activities themselves (at least we got warm).
In conclusion, I want to say that for 360 rubles this is quite a good way to spend the weekend, although ideally you should not go for 1 night, but for 2, because taking into account check-in after 3 and check-out before 12, there is hardly enough time.

We visited this institution with a large company. We rented a house and two rooms. Everything is fine in the cabin, except that the stove wasn't working and they weren't allowed to use it. We were disappointed(.As for the double room, two single beds were pushed together. The mattresses were coming apart and it was not very comfortable to sleep. The breakfasts are good, buffet style. The choice is excellent.

I traveled with my wife to the cities of Belarus. Aqua Minsk was chosen because they planned to visit a water park in Minsk.
In terms of price, it turned out to be the most expensive of all the hotels along the route. It is clear that the price includes tickets to the aquazone, but even without them, the price would not be the smallest. The room is standard.
For that price, everything was sad.
With the heat outside below 30, it turned out that there was no kondei in the room. We were greeted by a crooked fan. Again, you can point out the importance of checking options when booking. Sorry, I missed it. But I have not looked at such items as air conditioning for a long time, as well as the availability of a bed, TV, towels. Check carefully!! Air conditioning is only available in the suite.
The room itself is patched up. There wasn't even a lamp in the night light.
Breakfast. It was quite sad. From the "hot" - chicken legs, gray omelette, potatoes, there were also sausages and pasta, but they were on the cold table. Probably for fans of freezing.
Bread, white, black. Slices of cheese, sausage and some cookies. I have not seen such a meager assortment even in hotels in the backwoods.
I'm not a gentleman and I don't need a bulging table. But I compare all this with the offer in hotels in Grodno, Brest and other places in Minsk.
A more reasonable solution is accommodation in a different hotel + separate tickets to the water park. He's not bad by the way! At least that's what I'll do next time.

Review from 06.01.25. The water in the water park is cold, one of the large slides of the blue level did not work. Pandemonium on the rest, respectively. But at least they notified us about the non-working slide with an announcement at the entrance.
But the fact that the Russian sauna in the spa area does not work, the husband found out after the fact. As well as other visitors who were not informed when buying a ticket. Needless to say, the ticket to the spa area is separate (30 Belarusian rubles).
We managed to stand in line for other slides of the blue level.
But still, the visit was not worth the stated money.
We visited water parks in Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Ryazan, and Volgograd. This is the worst, unfortunately.
