Our favorite water park. It has the best spa area and a large "river" in the aqua zone. Minsk residents can be rightfully proud of their water park. And in combination with the Aqua Minsk hotel, it turns out to be very convenient: you check into the hotel and go to the water park for free without restrictions. My son and I really like it.

How to make a piece of a beautiful hotel.
We have been visiting this hotel for over 7 years.
However, the change of power within Aqua Minsk has brought its global disadvantages.
Olga, an absolutely boorish and not customer-oriented deputy manager, behaved as unkindly as possible when meeting guests.
The problem was that 13 rooms were booked for our company in November 2022 at the price that was valid at that time. In February, we decided to extend the rooms for 1 day, at a new price, which we were notified about: there is a written confirmation from the hotel that the additional days are at the current price, and the old reservation remains at the price at the time of booking.
Olga suggested that we "go and look for another hotel."
After requesting the accompanying documents and confirming on what basis they want to count all the days at full price, as well as requests to the complaint book and notifications that reviews will be written on all Internet resources, Olga decided to back down and recalculate, as well as refund money to those who have already paid for rooms at the wrong price.
But by depriving guests of visiting the water park, which is included in the accommodation - on the dates of early booking.
It is a pity that such an attitude is towards regular customers who have been going to this hotel for so long every 3-4 months of the year.

Near the Aqua Minsk hotel. 2 stars, but everything is 3-4 in terms of comfort. Clean, there is a restaurant with reasonable prices. Rooms are 2-bedded, 1 child under 5 years old can stay with their parents, or 2 rooms. The rooms are clean. It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the city center

There is not enough kettle or cooler on the floor, take a boiler or kettle with you.
There is boiling water on the ground floor, but it is not convenient.Parking is large and free.
If your child is traveling, take bed linen to lay on the couch, or an additional 1000 rubles per person approximately.

We chose this hotel based on the rating and opinion of friends, and taking into account that we are traveling with a child and wanted to stay in the same hotel with an included water park for several days, and only then go further to Nesvizh and Grodno.
We were here a little out of the box, as we understood, we lived for almost a week from 06/28 to 4.07
And that's because we didn't live for a day, as apparently the majority of the guests, we faced certain inconveniences. . .
Room cleaning and linen change, the wife on the second day of stay asked the staff: "will the room be cleaned? "
The answer: "Cleaning at check-out"
Aah, and if we arrived for a week..
I called the reception, they replied that cleaning from the second day, well, OK.
But then the cleaning and linen change was only if we caught the maids and forgave to change the linen and clean up.
Again, a change of underwear, it's simple, here's your underwear, change it yourself.
And only one maid, who was on the 5th day, said herself that should you change your underwear?
But I must say, the room is generally clean, cozy, with a large bathroom.
There is not enough air conditioning, but there is a fan.
There is a refrigerator.
And about the lobby bar and breakfast.
The hotel apparently saves on staff, one staff per lobby bar and buffet and they can't cope.
Breakfast cost 20 bel.rubles until July, 25 rubles in July.
The child was 10, then 13
The problem is, there seems to be a choice, but.. everything is the same every day.
You live one day, probably normal, but on the third day and beyond, it gets boring.
There is no fruit.
And unfortunately, there are still no places nearby where you can have breakfast, you need to go closer to the center.
Then we went to Grodno, the breakfast in Semashko is much better.

We rested with a family of three (2 adults and 1 child) people for 4 days.
This hotel was chosen because of its proximity to the aqua park, which is included in the price. The time spent in the aqua park is not limited, as well as the number of visits to the water park itself per day is not limited.
The hotel has a very beautiful, well-maintained and huge territory. There are bike paths, a children's area with a sandbox and slides. There are many picturesque lawns where you can sit . There is a pier from which you can feed the ducks.
But unfortunately, there is no bike rental in the hotel, there are no sun loungers and everything I wrote about can only be done if you brought everything with you.
About checking into the hotel.
Check-in at the hotel according to the standard, at 14:00.
We arrived 2 hours before the check-in time and therefore had to wait for check-in in the lobby for all 2 hours. New arrivals were waiting to check in with us, and by 14:00 the entire lobby was packed.
Tired after the road, people with children, with small children, have to take a queue to check in at the hotel and everyone has to wait for registration in the lobby. And only at 14:00 they begin to register. Registration is fast, the girl at the reception explains everything clearly and clearly.

We took the standard. There were problems with bedding for the child. They were brought to us only after 3 calls at the reception at 10 p.m.
There is a refrigerator in the room, but there is no kettle or tea glasses. There is not even a bottle of water, at least a welcome one!
There is no air conditioning!
The bathroom has all the towels, but there are no bathrobes, slippers, shower gels, shampoo - all the washbasins.
The rooms are not cleaned very carefully, there are traces of the arrival of former guests of the room under the table and near the bedside table.
The bed is not particularly comfortable, because the mattress is already washed. But the linen is the cleanest and freshest. Only you will have to make the beds yourself, they are not made when you check in. During all the days of arrival, and after hanging a sign on the door with the inscription "please clean the room", no traces of cleaning were found. Only the garbage was thrown out.
Breakfast:
Breakfasts are not included in the room rate, they are paid in the lobby: 20 Belarusian rubles for an adult and 10 rubles for a child.
The breakfasts are very meager. Cold boiled eggs, hot oatmeal on water, warm pasta, buckwheat, rice, boiled sausages and sausages. You need to ask for fried eggs. Of vegetables, only cabbage salad, there are no cucumbers, tomatoes, or any greens. There is yogurt. During the entire stay, only 1 time butter was laid out. Bread is ALWAYS stale! Despite the fact that the hotel has its own bakery, you can say that there is no baking. Coffee and tea in disposable cups.
Staff:
In principle, everyone is very friendly, helps with solving household issues, helps to navigate the city, but none of the staff greets you, smiles, or wishes you a good day.
In the lobby:
The kitchen is very good, but I would say that it is tastier to eat there. That's just the tables are in the hall area and eating when someone is constantly checking in nearby, coming in and going outside is simply not hygienic and not pleasant. It's another thing to drink coffee, tea. The choice here is good, including from strong drinks.
After talking with a girl from the lobby bar, to my review of the entire hotel, "what I don't really like is that the breakfasts are meager..." she said: "Well, what do you want, a 2-star hotel!".
That's why I give this hotel 2 stars - for not wanting to get better!

I visited at the end of May. I checked into the hotel, visiting the water park for guests is free and unlimited. The room was a Bungalow type - very high quality for your money. Two-storey apartments for four guests. There is a lot of space, clean, comfortable and pleasant furniture. A nice bonus is the presence of a kitchen area, two toilets. The territory of the hotel is magnificent - you can just walk with children or family. It is very beautiful and cozy.

It is already cheaper to rent a room in a nearby hotel separately, and pay separately for the water park. It's a pity, because we used to go to the hotel regularly. The degradation of quality is on the face. It is required to change the management of both the hotel and the restaurant.

The hotel is located at the aqua Park, you can save money when visiting the city. There are no shops nearby. Clean, beautiful, not annoying.
