A good breakfast. Good territory. The hotel + water park combo option is convenient in one order. Of the disadvantages for me: 1. The cost of living is high. 2. We lacked a kettle in the hotel room. 3. There is no passage from the water park (although they are located on the same territory to the hotel, I had to circle the MKAD for 20 minutes).

At first, I had a positive review about the hotel a couple of years ago and I came here year after year with dogs to the exhibition and at the same time for a good rest. There is a separate surcharge for dogs, everything is as it should be.
This year the hotel has disappointed.... I couldn't rest or even go out to eat properly, because the hotel called and forced me to come to the room to sit with the animals. And all because there were children on the floor who were raging in the corridor near our rooms and the dogs reacted and could bark periodically. On the last day, I was generally threatened that the children were afraid that the dog might bark outside the door.... What??? It's an animal, it can bark during the day, it's normal. It would be one thing if we disturbed someone's sleep at night, but during the day, when everyone is hanging out at the water park, dogs interfered... Despite the fact that we also pay for the room and the surcharge for dogs is considerable. Then why do you place animals with yourself, if this is such a problem for you now. I emphasize that years earlier there were no problems, no one pulled me during the day and everything was fine.
As a result, the rest was just wildly spoiled. I suggest you settle on a separate floor so that everyone is happy, by the way, I also offered this, I was ready to move in and move to any place, if only they would let me eat quietly at least once or take a walk away. Unfortunately, we will not come to you anymore, as well as a large number of other owners who have also stayed with you before, they will also no longer come. You have broken off our "friendship"

There is no service, we drove 400 km, despite the fact that we were the first and arrived by 10 am. It turned out to be rude at the reception, we were settled only after 4, eviction on the next day before 12, for which such money was paid, it is not clear. There is no hair dryer in the room, it is impossible to dry the girl's hair. The heat is 30 degrees, there is no air conditioner, they brought an old fan, the light bulbs did not work, the TV remote control too. A review of the double room for 250 bel rubles per day, and in fact, for 19 hours.

Clean, tidy, bright rooms. The room has a refrigerator, TV. Of the cutlery - only 2 glasses, it would not hurt to add forks, spoons. An extra bed on a slippery armchair is not a very comfortable option, you move out with a sheet. The plumbing is working properly. A big plus is that the room rate includes a visit to the water park, which is actually why we chose this hotel. The restaurant does not have bad breakfasts at an affordable price. The location is not the most convenient, it's a long way to the nearest shops. In general, I recommend it, and I would come here again.

Not bad. If you check into the Aqua Minsk hotel, then visiting the water park at any time is unlimited (limited only by the opening hours of the water park itself). The nature is beautiful. The recreation areas next to the water park/hotel are excellent. Food is expensive in cafes. A 5-minute drive away there is a McDonald's, grocery stores and cafes with affordable prices. I think it's a great place to relax on the weekend.

A very nice receptionist, quickly settled in, although the hotel was very busy.The rooms are neat, acceptable, the room is very hot, even the constantly running fan did not save.The impression was very spoiled by the fact that the lobby bar had an unfriendly staff, all with a favor (for two days on June 20 and 21, 3 men were caught). They probably haven't even heard about greeting visitors there. To order a la carte dishes for breakfast, and not go to the Swedish line, means to watch the bartender's rolled eyes. You make an order, but they simply do not listen to you, although they pretend to knock out the order, they asked you 3 times. I work as a waiter in a cafe myself, and for this I could ask for a book of comments and suggestions, but I just didn't want to spoil my remaining mood.

Repairs are needed not only for some rooms, but also in the pools themselves, both children and adults, all had their hands and feet cut, due to the fact that there are no tiles in places, everything is falling apart quietly. Also earlier, when checking into the hotel, it took two hours arriving at the water park 5a the next day, and calling the reception in the morning and specifying the time, we were informed from 10.00 to 12.00, going with the children, we were turned back to the water park, because it works from 12.00. The reception informed that paying for the bungalow, the water park is a bonus, "thank you" for that. In the water park itself, on one of the single indoor slides, I, a 50 kg girl, had to walk!!!in the slide, the water pressure was very weak, the cross was 11 years old, she said that she did not immediately get off it, she had to push off. The exit to the street to the barrels is closed, due to roof repairs, and as the staff said, it is possible by the summer.Cleanliness in room 4, blood on the base of the bed, dirty table.
In principle, there are no questions for the staff, everyone can make mistakes with time, they are all very kind and friendly there, but the administration with their funny excuse that the water park is a bonus, well, as if someone goes to this hotel just for the sake of the hotel and not the water park.

We rested with a family of three (2 adults and 1 child) people for 4 days.
This hotel was chosen because of its proximity to the aqua park, which is included in the price. The time spent in the aqua park is not limited, as well as the number of visits to the water park itself per day is not limited.
The hotel has a very beautiful, well-maintained and huge territory. There are bike paths, a children's area with a sandbox and slides. There are many picturesque lawns where you can sit . There is a pier from which you can feed the ducks.
But unfortunately, there is no bike rental in the hotel, there are no sun loungers and everything I wrote about can only be done if you brought everything with you.
About checking into the hotel.
Check-in at the hotel according to the standard, at 14:00.
We arrived 2 hours before the check-in time and therefore had to wait for check-in in the lobby for all 2 hours. New arrivals were waiting to check in with us, and by 14:00 the entire lobby was packed.
Tired after the road, people with children, with small children, have to take a queue to check in at the hotel and everyone has to wait for registration in the lobby. And only at 14:00 they begin to register. Registration is fast, the girl at the reception explains everything clearly and clearly.

We took the standard. There were problems with bedding for the child. They were brought to us only after 3 calls at the reception at 10 p.m.
There is a refrigerator in the room, but there is no kettle or tea glasses. There is not even a bottle of water, at least a welcome one!
There is no air conditioning!
The bathroom has all the towels, but there are no bathrobes, slippers, shower gels, shampoo - all the washbasins.
The rooms are not cleaned very carefully, there are traces of the arrival of former guests of the room under the table and near the bedside table.
The bed is not particularly comfortable, because the mattress is already washed. But the linen is the cleanest and freshest. Only you will have to make the beds yourself, they are not made when you check in. During all the days of arrival, and after hanging a sign on the door with the inscription "please clean the room", no traces of cleaning were found. Only the garbage was thrown out.
Breakfast:
Breakfasts are not included in the room rate, they are paid in the lobby: 20 Belarusian rubles for an adult and 10 rubles for a child.
The breakfasts are very meager. Cold boiled eggs, hot oatmeal on water, warm pasta, buckwheat, rice, boiled sausages and sausages. You need to ask for fried eggs. Of vegetables, only cabbage salad, there are no cucumbers, tomatoes, or any greens. There is yogurt. During the entire stay, only 1 time butter was laid out. Bread is ALWAYS stale! Despite the fact that the hotel has its own bakery, you can say that there is no baking. Coffee and tea in disposable cups.
Staff:
In principle, everyone is very friendly, helps with solving household issues, helps to navigate the city, but none of the staff greets you, smiles, or wishes you a good day.
In the lobby:
The kitchen is very good, but I would say that it is tastier to eat there. That's just the tables are in the hall area and eating when someone is constantly checking in nearby, coming in and going outside is simply not hygienic and not pleasant. It's another thing to drink coffee, tea. The choice here is good, including from strong drinks.
After talking with a girl from the lobby bar, to my review of the entire hotel, "what I don't really like is that the breakfasts are meager..." she said: "Well, what do you want, a 2-star hotel!".
That's why I give this hotel 2 stars - for not wanting to get better!

We chose this hotel based on the rating and opinion of friends, and taking into account that we are traveling with a child and wanted to stay in the same hotel with an included water park for several days, and only then go further to Nesvizh and Grodno.
We were here a little out of the box, as we understood, we lived for almost a week from 06/28 to 4.07
And that's because we didn't live for a day, as apparently the majority of the guests, we faced certain inconveniences. . .
Room cleaning and linen change, the wife on the second day of stay asked the staff: "will the room be cleaned? "
The answer: "Cleaning at check-out"
Aah, and if we arrived for a week..
I called the reception, they replied that cleaning from the second day, well, OK.
But then the cleaning and linen change was only if we caught the maids and forgave to change the linen and clean up.
Again, a change of underwear, it's simple, here's your underwear, change it yourself.
And only one maid, who was on the 5th day, said herself that should you change your underwear?
But I must say, the room is generally clean, cozy, with a large bathroom.
There is not enough air conditioning, but there is a fan.
There is a refrigerator.
And about the lobby bar and breakfast.
The hotel apparently saves on staff, one staff per lobby bar and buffet and they can't cope.
Breakfast cost 20 bel.rubles until July, 25 rubles in July.

The price for the hotel is very high, but this is understandable, since the price of the hotel includes unlimited access to the water park, that is, initially, the entrance to the water park is included in the price of the hotel. The breakfasts are not bad, the dinner is so-so: the menu is small, and not everything is available from it, the cost is high enough for what is offered. The water park itself is good, but next time it's easier to take a taxi to the water park, but stay in a normal hotel in the center of Minsk! I do not recommend staying in a hotel. I would also like to point out: Terrible service by the bartender Peter, communicates as if he is not serving, but you owe him something!

Every year, when we go to Belarus, we stay at the Aqua Minsk hotel and visit the Lebyazhy Water Park. The impressions are only positive. The volume and scale of the water park itself is amazing.
