I rescheduled the order for the next day for the first half of the day (from 8:00 to 13:00), asked to bring it on time, because I'm leaving at 14:00. Yeah, well, at 12:50 I call and ask when there will be water, the operator says: "the driver said no earlier than 15:00." When I said that I refused their services, I heard an indifferent "I understand you" in response. Actually, when a person chooses a time, he does not just call it that, but counts on something. By the way, yes, some kind of bullshit happens with the cylinders too: I ordered 2 cylinders for NG, left a deposit of 90 UAH for the second one, the driver announced to me that if I take one cylinder next time, as usual, then they will return the second deposit, - horseradish there, next time he flatly refused to take it the second empty cylinder and return the money for it. I strongly do not recommend this sharashkin office!

There is no feedback.There are no delivery dates and times.they may be overdue for a day, When you contact them, there is no reasoned answer (then the car broke down, they can't find the address, etc.,) You have to call 5-6 times, remind them!I refused services for half a year, I thought something had changed-but it got even worse, the attitude towards the client is negative!!!
