Great location, near the metro Академическое and it's like 12 mins walk to in the center of Kalininsky district.
. The place is very clean, the beds are very comfy, trendy interior, kitchen has basic condiments (if you want to cook light like omelette, you don't need to buy pepper,salt, oil and the like...) and to sum it all very lovely place to stay. Also, the management was extremely helpful, very accommodating, warm and friendly.
no hand bidet (so, if your from middle east or have stayed in the middle east for a while, you have to deal with it) no lift (a good way to exercise) no washing machine for the apartment type of room.

This is a brilliant apartment and I recommend it highly. The interior is lovely and everything is to a very high spec. The location is very good, very close to the metro and with shops and places to eat etc nearby. The host was excellent and very responsive. Full marks!

Апартаменты находятся в прекрасном месте. Близко к метро и центр Калининского района города Санкт-петербург. Окна выходили во двор, было тихо и утром пели птицы. Очень удобная кровать , хорошие шторы, закрывающие свет утром (белые ночи). Прекрасная кухонная техника и телевизор. Все понравилось. Будем рекомендовать и сами приедем.
