It's terrible, I don't advise you to take the word away at all! We were warned that we had a white carpet with lint, we were told that there were no problems! The courier said 5-10 workers, 10-15 are indicated on the receipt. On the 9th day, we called and warned that in a couple of days we would go on vacation for 2 weeks to clarify whether we would be brought before departure or after. The girl said that we would bring her back before the vacation without any problems. The day before I left, when I dialed, the same girl said that she did not remember such a conversation. As a result, the carpet was brought after the vacation at 00.15 at night. The carpet is covered in yellow streaks and is no longer fluffy. They returned it for alteration , and 12 days later they brought the same yellow one with streaks. We talked with the director, she said that they would redo it and return the money. As a result, 1.5 months later, the carpet was brought more or less white, but crooked and stretched. I really do not recommend this office!

For the first time, a new white carpet was brought half red! Probably rusty water!!!!
We lost the carpets for the second time! They promise "tomorrow" for 3 weeks, they don't pick up the phone! The girl on the phone said that she was not responsible for the carpets!!! Irresponsibility is off the scale!!!
I made an "advertisement" on Instagram! I've read a lot of negative reviews! Many carpets are brought back dirty! Guys, it's time to close up!!! Disgusting!

The quality of the washing is disgusting.
The carpet was not washed, although it was not heavily soiled. They were delivered later than the agreed deadlines. Moreover, they were brought not dried and with a terrible smell of dampness.

Everything is great. It's not the first time I've used Aquaman's services, and every time I'm happy with the result. Cleaning the stroller and carpets is always perfect. Sofa cleaning is on the way and of course we will only address them 😁

I was unhappy with the way my carpet was washed!
It can be seen, of course, that it was washed. Washed, but not WASHED. I used to regularly use the services of another company, I handed over the carpet in the worst condition and there were never any questions. The carpet, by the way, is washed out easily (I personally wash the same carpet from my mother in the village), only patience and kercher are needed.
The only plus is that there is no smell of chemicals at all. But here it is not such a significant plus.
I still want a more responsible attitude to work and quality control!
