For some reason, I was sure that dry cleaning a down jacket wasn't just about washing it in a typewriter and returning the product with a pile of filler... I could have ruined the clothes on my own. And at the reception, the woman is polite and attentive.

I have been renting a down jacket for more than two years, they clean it carefully, wash all the stains, the fluff remains in place. A pleasant woman at the reception, adequate prices and deadlines.
