2-Warehouse, the staff at the warehouse does not always know where they have what lies and can run for half an hour to look, it is not very convenient.
3-Ordering goods via the Internet, recently the application has become buggy, it just hangs and always returns to the main screen.
4-Order online again, even when you ordered, arriving at the store, you still go to the sales floor and collect it all yourself, is it really difficult to put a person who will form online orders? For example, at the direction of the manager.
5-there is no custom service (when it is not in the range, but it was before or you work with this company)
6-not the lowest prices, even with a discount, sometimes more expensive
