An excellent apartment hotel with a kitchen in the room, a shopping center on the 1st floor, excellent cuisine and a transfer to the sea. The metro is nearby, but the location of the hotel is far from the center. This is the only negative.

Everything is fine! The service staff, food, rooms were provided better than expected! The pool is small, but just right for kids with moms, the beaches are nearby, by taxi 10-15 min. 20 dirhams is 360 rubles for four! People come here for the second or third time!

Great hotel! Great location! The main advantages: metro and supermarkets nearby, the presence of a kitchen , transfer to the sea. The breakfasts are good , we have never been hungry ! The staff is very friendly and hospitable ! In the wake.once we go only here ! We had a rest from March 12 to March 21, 19.

The hotel is very nice. Good location, metro nearby, taxi. The food is good, fruit was given. The staff is very polite, attentive. Personally, I didn't like only the smell in the hotel. Fragrance or detergents, I didn't understand, but too cloying, not for me.

A wonderful hotel for those who know what they want
We spontaneously went to Dubai from 27.12.2019 to 04.01.2020.
We arrived at the hotel around 8:30 and at 9 a.m. we already checked into the room, the hotel staff carried the luggage to the room, and at the exit they lowered it to the exit.
Thanks to the reviews of previous guests, we immediately called the reception and asked to bring an adapter and open the window, everything was done within three minutes (free of charge).
The apartment is a beautiful room with a kitchen (refrigerator, hob, kettle, pots, frying pan, plates, etc.), there is an iron, ironing board, hair dryer.
The hotel has a gym, sauna, swimming pool.
Free WiFi is provided for two devices (I also needed a laptop, I managed: I used a smartphone in modem mode, i.e. I actually had stable access from three devices).
We cooked fresh fish on the first day, purchased in Lu-Lu (10 minutes walking distance towards the Stadium metro station).
Water, other food and drinks were taken on the ground floor in a full-fledged supermarket.
On the ground floor there is also a food court and all sorts of shops.
The breakfasts are quite decent, the service is excellent (even the dishes were washed and the linen was changed at least once every three days).
The first bus to the beach at 8:30, then at 9:00, back at 12:30 and at 13:00 (free of charge and without any prior appointment as practiced in some other hotels). Al Mamzar Park beach for 5 local money is beautiful, there are comfortable showers and changing rooms, well-maintained clean toilets (for an additional fee you can take a sunbed - 20 money, a sunbed + an umbrella 30 money, just an umbrella 15 money, and you can get attached for free in a stationary "fungus"). On the beach, they took Turkish coffee for 6 money, non-alcoholic tolerable beer (without flavorings) for 7 money. There is only cash on the beach, you can pay for the entrance with a metro card.
Some tourists asked the driver to stop a little earlier on the free beach and they were safely dropped off.
TV lovers will be saddened by the presence of only one Russian-language channel RTR-planet (in the morning, while they were going to turn on for breakfast, but the same bad humorous Petrosians and the same vile snotty series were going around in a circle). At the same time, the TV allows you to watch your movies from a USB stick.
The weather in late December - early January is excellent, and so is the water.
Negative reviews about this beautiful hotel can only be from those guests who do not understand what they want and where they are going: there is nowhere to walk, except for a supermarket and a clothing store, but the metro is 50 meters from the hotel.
We went on our own to Miracle garden (flower park): by metro to Union, there is a transfer to another branch and to the Mall of the Emirates, where we boarded the 105 bus and after driving one single stop we were on the spot (all paid with a silver metro card, the main thing is that you have money on your balance - to replenish the bus back there is nowhere, and he is lucky only by their cards).
Excursions from aneksovsky liar Yashar did not fully meet expectations.
You only need to take an overview of Dubai by minivan (feel free to go to any agency you like), because everything was galloping and crowded on a big bus, while they stood in line for an hour and a half at the Burj Khalifa observation deck (in that direction) and then again to go down))
On safari - try to take the front seat.
To Oman to clarify, with or without arrival at the fruit market (we had no arrival, which is a pity, because there is something to take at reasonable prices).
I paid almost everywhere with a card (with direct conversion of dirhams at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation).
We will be happy to return to this hotel when we decide to visit Dubai again.

We rested at the hotel from 23.11.2019 to 2. 12.2019. The room is on the 3rd floor, on our 4th floor. The transfer from the airport brought us to about 11 o'clock, check-in takes place from 14.00 according to the standard, but we were settled immediately, for which we thank them, since we did not sleep at night and were on the way. The luggage was politely delivered to the room. The room is spacious and clean, the room has almost everything, including a microwave oven, a kettle and an iron with ironing board, a safe, a refrigerator. There is Wi-Fi. I really liked the staff, responsive, friendly. All our requests were immediately fulfilled. The breakfasts are excellent and varied, we ate with pleasure, enough for half a day. Although there are a lot of people, but there are no queues, everything is quickly cleaned, after 10.30 they ask if we want anything else? Convenient location of the hotel, near the metro and 2 supermarkets. The room is very quiet, as I like. There is a pool, sauna, steam room, fitness.

Hello. I would like to leave a review for those who are going to visit this hotel
In general, the hotel is not bad, I did not like only the same type of breakfasts, the room card almost always did not work, I went down to the reception 3 times a day so that the card was updated for me. Another disadvantage of the room that we did not like was the smell in the room (it smelled of fried fish) and the saddest thing was that it was impossible to open the window.. Sockets are European (that is, with three holes), you can ask for an adapter at the reception. As for the staff, they are very nice, friendly, responsive, generally very good! The pool is deep for kids. There is a supermarket, shops in the hotel.

Pros: a kitchen with a stove and dishes in the room, good breakfasts, a large supermarket at the hotel, near the metro station, a free bus to one of the best beaches in Dubai Al-Mamzar, decent rooms (except for impractical carpeting), free gym, sauna and hammam, do not require a deposit when checking in, 5 min. drive to the airport.
Cons: far from most of Dubai's attractions (the hotel is located on the border with Sharjah, to Burj Khalifa by metro 50 min. a transfer ride, an hour and a half to Jumeirah), the smell of food in the rooms, problems with opening windows, lack of balconies. But in general, probably the best option for a budget holiday in Dubai.

Gomtinitsa is gorgeous. The room is cozy, always clean. The room has a full kitchen where you can cook and have lunch. Daily fresh drinking water. Employees, even without knowing the language, understand everything and fulfill any request. We are very attentive and friendly.

A good hotel, convenient location, not noisy, the hotel itself has an inexpensive market with groceries and fast food, a small swimming pool, but heated. The room was cooked by ourselves, there is no microwave. To the main attractions by metro without problems. Free shuttle service to the beach and back. For 5-7 nights to run around the UAE is a wonderful hotel!

I had a rest in this hotel from 30.12.2019 to 5.01.2020. settled in five minutes. We took a tax for 6 nights about 2000 rubles (payment is accepted in dollars and dirhams) .there is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. Everyone is very polite . We took breakfast and dinner. Dinners can be easily exchanged for lunch. Everything is very tasty.we lived in room 3128. Utter silence at night. I highly recommend it.

Great hotel!
Convenient location near the metro and the airport. Extremely helpful staff. There is a small swimming pool and a fitness room. They take you to the beach every morning, bring you back at lunch. Right in the hotel there are grocery stores, cafes and restaurants, you can eat.

Unpleasant odors all over the hotel, in the evenings they burn some candles with a terrible smell that lasts all day. The rooms are dirty (with spots of unknown origin) for 4 * somehow does not pull. Otherwise, everything is fine, the staff is friendly, only English-speaking.
