A popular place! I visited in December 2024. +23 and the breeze is a great time to visit. Shuttles run from the entrance to the steps. But you can also walk. The dimensions of the building are impressive. A mountain range, as a decoration. Frescoes and sculptures have been preserved. The main part of the temple was restored after the earthquake. Of course, the place is energetically charged! You have to see!

It is better to come here in the morning before 10.00 or after 15.00 at other times it is very hot and there are a lot of tourists. The ticket costs 440gipt pounds. You can only buy by card. They don't sell for availability!!! If there is no map, then it does not get into any museum. You can open the card by mail only. The temple itself looks very majestic. It's like it's hollowed out of a wall. An electric car carries you from the ticket office to the temple. 20 pounds round trip . Paid separately. You can use cash. There are caretakers on every corner of the temple and they offer to take you to a room for inspection or take a picture on your phone for a dollar. Don't be fooled.

A majestic, sacred place! The beautiful temple of Hatshepsut, which was almost completely destroyed, but has been restored! A painting from the time of Hatshepsut has been preserved. Interesting history of the temple, I highly recommend you to visit!

It's an amazing place The second time there and the second time delight The scale of the temple is impressive And at the same time, the scale of poverty is growing. We could have already restored or somehow embellished such architectural monuments. At least make a cultural space for tourists around them. But no. What happened 20 years ago, what is now. Unfortunately, everything is only being destroyed.

Luxor is a Klondike for those who are interested in the history of Egypt. I recommend you to visit. Before buying a tour, be sure to ask who your guide will be and read reviews about him.

The funeral temple of the ruler Hatshepsut, the construction of which lasted 9 years. A place of incredible beauty. And even being in this hot country, you come to this temple - and it gets even hotter. Amazing It was built on the west bank of the Nile, almost next to the Valley of the Kings An amazing sacred place, although only ruins remain there The rules of Hatshepsut are 21 years old And when Thutmose ||| came to power, he decided to destroy the temple of the queen in revenge for being exiled for so many years and not allowed to rule

A gorgeous temple. It's a pity you can't go inside. From afar, just look at the wall paintings and that's it. And it's worth a visit. Look at this masterpiece.

The place is very ugly, but it's just painful to see how these poor dogs survive there, who are just dying of hunger while thousands of tourists are passing by. Dear fellow countrymen, do not be lazy to take at least a piece of sausage or cheese with you from breakfast. Maybe it will save someone's life. It's really bad for them out there in this desert.

It is extremely interesting to hear the story. Visit and see, touch. She was an extremely resourceful lady! The temple has been restored and restored, but it does not lose its value.

I've dreamed of visiting this place since the two thousandth. Not everyone will understand, but Serious Sam started here. The place is sacred. In reality, a 90% restored new model, I don't know why, but the fleur of romance and mysterious sadness dissipated during the visit. In the right wing, a painting from the time of the Pharaoh's wife has been preserved on the ceiling. It certainly permeates. The most interesting place is Hatshepsut's bedroom, guarded by two machine gunners who cover two beggars who stick their hand with your phone in the barred windows and take pictures of the inside of the bedroom as a souvenir. After that, they run after you with demands for $ 5 for photo services. I pretended that I had forgotten how to hear and focus my eyes, reasonably believing that the machine gunners would avoid shooting in my direction in a busy place. The possibilities of beggars are limited by threats of remote impotence, which I, as previously cursed four times in Luxor and twice in Pulkovo, am no longer afraid of. So feel free to accept the services of Egyptian photo assistants and remember, their services should be generously paid for with your nods and smiles, no more. Because they do not have the technical ability to charge material, these are not the heroes of Madagascar on Dvortsovaya, and it will not take long to snatch them away.

An interesting place, but with a good, Russian-speaking guide. We were on an excursion from Coral, the horror. We didn't really see anything. You can't hear what the guide says there.

A lot of things have been restored quite recently. Many people don't like it. But for me, in order to understand all the charm and former beauty, it is better to partially restore it. In any case, the place is already included in the tour program. Do not pay the caretakers for photos in separate rooms. It's not worth it.

Living history, still bright colors on the walls, a must-visit, stock up on time and water. Use an electric car to drive from the parking lot to the temple and back.

The majestic building, which takes your breath away, is the most important place among the sights of Egypt. A large-scale structure, striking with its airiness and many sculptures.

How can you not like it. This is what makes your heart stop, you go where history was made.. I was impressed by the temple.. You can only get to it by taxi. On the plus side, they calmly wait for you for at least how many hours (they come to pick you up on a call), and take the money only at the end, when they bring you to the hotel.

We were on an excursion for the New Year holidays, very impressed! I share a hint from our guide: when you are taken by electric car from the bus stop, do not sit next to the driver - he will then demand money! And so the trip is free.

Gorgeous) we took a ride on cars to it) the truth is that you can't go anywhere inside, there are a lot of Arabs who sell a separate visit to the room inside, we didn't go) in general, 15 minutes was enough to inspect everything and go further

A grandiose structure and an indelible impression. It amazes with its greatness and history. The small (compared to the main structure) temple of the architect who created this masterpiece looks especially cute!!

It's interesting but very boring, a one-time trip, a desert road where there's nothing to see, a million people in the temple and intense heat, the borders are not interesting at all, so the Slavs were buried.

A powerful place! Everyone needs to visit here at least once in their life! I didn't regret coming here. Early December- the weather was good, not very hot. Who will be in Hurghada - be sure to take this tour! They promise 5 hours on the road, in fact, we drove for 8 hours. The car is good, with air conditioning, good, the driver is good (we drove without twitching, there were no bumps or turns). Tired, but it was worth it!

Delight! There is no other way to describe it in words, when for many years you have dreamed of seeing all this splendor with your own eyes and now you are standing and touching the columns and walls with your hands, which are more than three thousand years old. The story comes to life before our eyes!

Externally restored temple. Not much has been restored inside. One should not have the illusion that it will be possible to see the complex in its restored form, but the general idea will definitely take shape. The original paint of that time is still on the walls. It is worth a visit if you live in Luxor or nearby (Khargada, Safaga, etc.), but I would not fly by plane specifically for the sake of the temple. In no case be fooled when the locals offer to take you to a closed area: except for the money given and the deceptive feeling (the photos are all about the same as in the available areas) that you have learned more than others, you will not get anything =).
