The other day, I submitted a prescription at the checkout, the male pharmacist looked at it and said: "no." I ask in perplexity: "don't you have any?". He says the prescription period is 60 days. I was confused and in an extremely unpleasant state, I couldn't figure out what was wrong. I have been buying this medicine for 1.5 years and there were no problems with the purchase before. She got angry and left in a disgusting mood because she didn't buy pills, but they need to be drunk all the time, an appointment is made to the doctor, the weekend is on the nose and I will get to her in 4 days at best. The worst thing was the attitude of the seller to my problem. He insisted and did not try, as the master of the situation, to help solve the situation, to clarify, to sympathize. This pharmacist has no desire to buy anymore.
He didn't take into account my feelings or the situation.
I don't even want to go to the pharmacy, although I used to like it and it was convenient
It so happened that medicines are a frequent purchase in our family and I have long noticed that I find everything I need and at the lowest prices in the Alfa-pharmacy network. But I was particularly admired by the situation when they helped me and made the transfer of an expensive medicine from Polotsk to Minsk, I saved more than 100 rubles. I asked a question via Instagram, where I was actually promptly and fully informed about each step of the interaction. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the specialist who scrupulously led this situation from beginning to end, keeping the whole process under control, but I really hope that the company's management will appreciate this and encourage their caring employees, about whom we can say that they are 100% in their place! Alfa- pharmacy, I am your loyal customer forever)) Good health to you and your loved ones, THANK you for your work!
