Excellent, family hotel with good service, pleased with the cleanliness, food and very clean beach.
Cooling pools, sun loungers, and also excellent staff.
I would also like to mention the bartenders, especially Geewinda, Santhush, Don, who patiently fulfill any requests and try to please each client, very nice and pleasant communication.

The constant construction works ruin the whole vacation experience. TVs do not work in a room due to poor Wi-Fi connection, and there is a problem with the place in which I insert the card, so there is no stable flow of electricity in the room (#8419). Also, only one person works at the reception that prolongs the check-in and check-out wait up to an hour.

It's a great place. Polite and friendly staff. We had a spacious Classic room. The room was clean and everything was working. The room was cleaned daily. The restaurant was crowded, but the staff tried to quickly clear the tables that were vacated, so that no one was standing or waiting for an empty table. The food is simple, without frills, but delicious, and there is always a large selection. There was no animation on the beach or in the evening at the hotel, but we liked it, we don't like animation. So this hotel is perfect for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The beach is clean and sandy with plenty of sun beds and an umbrella. The sea is wonderful. In the last week of November, the water was 27 degrees. The entrance to the sea is shallow, with sand at the bottom. Perfectly!

It's not a bad hotel, but there are nuances.
1. Gorgeous beach, great bathing at high tide and low tide.
2. Good food for four, there are fruits, a lot. I liked the food in principle.
3. Large spacious rooms.
Nuances
1. Location. If the wind is not from the sea, but from the land, it feels like you live in a large chemical plant, next to an industrial zone, the smell is appropriate.
2. Small funny problems in the restaurant. Clean plates and especially spoons are in short supply!! They should be asked separately and wait for them to be brought, while continuing to eat porridge with a fork :) It's the same with mugs. Actually, there are none, there are only plastic cups. Piling up a lot of food and not giving appliances - apparently the local management considers this a fruitful idea to save money :)
2. The rooms have a good kitchen. But! Not a single spoon, fork, mug, let alone pans and pots. We thought we had forgotten to put it in, but they said at the reception that this was the policy of the hotel.
But all this, except paragraph 1, is more fun than annoying.
3. And yes, the hotel is mostly Russian by contingent, so it's not easy to take a sunbed on the beach, especially since towels are not changed during the day.
4. There is a construction site all around. But they don't make much noise. Rooms with city views are noisier, and the smell from factories is stronger in case of wind from land.
In general, the hotel is good, the second time here.

The hotel itself is not bad.
A gorgeous beach.
The service is excellent, the staff is friendly.
The territory is not large but well equipped.

The attitude towards cleaning rooms is not clear.
The bed linen has not been changed once in a week.
Towels were changed randomly.

The hotel is gorgeous, and that says it all! We had a rest there from January 27 to February 2, and that's what I can objectively say:
1) Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Polite communication, high level of service, down to the smallest detail - even a passing janitor smiles at you. They are open to all questions, they are willing to listen and solve the problem, some speak Russian, but more in English (this was not a problem for us). Guys, of course, 10/10
2) delicious food, during the week of our stay there there was always something new, cuisine from different countries of the world, lots of vegetables, fruits- delicious pineapples, juicy and sweet, desserts are new every day, by the way, what they write about hard meat- do not believe it, it is so tender that even your teeth are not particularly They gave me beef tongue once, and I've never eaten such a delicious, soft and tender tongue in my life. Chefs 10/10!
3) the rooms are clean, quiet, spacious and cool, this is very important for the hot months, the air conditioners are working, the only thing is do not forget to bring an adapter for an outlet. They do the cleaning every day, leave slippers, bathrobes, and how their shower gels and shampoos smell! The presence of body lotion was also a pleasant surprise.
4) the territory of the hotel is not that big, it is huge, beautifully decorated with palm trees and flowers, the only thing is that a little more greenery would not hurt) but who knows, work in the garden is done all the time, a lot of people work tirelessly on the hotel, 9/10
5) the beach has let you down, but if you, like me, are not coming here for this, but for the pool, climate and excursions, everything will be fine, because the pools are clean, warm and large, the depth is sufficient, lifeguards are constantly on duty. Construction works are currently underway on the territory of the sea beach, sewerage is being laid, and on the contrary, a huge casino is being built on the opposite shore. Al hamra residence.We had a spacious 160 square room for a family of 5 people.Everything was in the room (toothpaste,razor, towels, bathrobe) , the rooms are large, we have 2 rooms + a living room, 3 toilets, a kitchen (5 people rested), a family. The room was on the 7th floor, the view was gorgeous, on the Persian Gulf, that's what we wanted!!! Thank you, everyone is satisfied! Very good impression, admired the view of the hotel. There is a gym and a game room. The room was clean and everything was working. The room was cleaned daily. The restaurant was crowded, but no one was standing or waiting for an empty table. The restaurant has monotonous food, little choice, little space, little food, especially cheeses, fruits, dressing sauces, olives and olives, watermelons and melons are in "pieces" in small quantities.Coffee beans, very tasty! There was no animation on the beach or in the evening at the hotel.So this hotel is perfect for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Upon request, they provided an iron and ironing board for all days, plugs for sockets. But it is better to purchase them in advance for Ozone or WB, and bring them with you. Every day, when cleaning, they put water, coffee, and tea in the room. The staff is very friendly and willing to respond to requests, it is very accommodating. The bar on the beach, by the pool and in the restaurant, we had an all-inclusive system, excellent food and drinks, good juices, not diluted.Beach towels are provided. We had a family vacation at this hotel in October. The weather was great, the bay was calm. It was possible to stay in the water for several hours, it was so comfortable.
The hotel is a good 4, conveniently located, spacious rooms, daily cleaning service. What I particularly liked was the wide coastline and snow-white sand, you can walk to the abandoned beach, where you can admire the marine life (stars, crabs, rare fish). The children enjoyed collecting shells (of different sizes and shapes), if desired, a small number can be brought to their country. One of the disadvantages is that the restaurant is not very large, so ideally you should arrive at the beginning of lunch /dinner, otherwise you will have to stand in line and there will be a shortage of beach umbrellas (this is due to the fact that the beach is designed for 2 hotels and vacationers with green bracelets are brought from the hotel across the street). Otherwise, I liked everything: the restaurant had a children's menu at lunch (French fries, nuggets, ice cream), the bars worked perfectly - cocktails, juices, coffee, water, alcohol. A children's room is provided for children and a small trampoline was inflated in the evenings. But this is the UAE, there is almost no children's entertainment. There is a mall within walking distance where you could have a snack, drink coffee, exchange money, choose something from clothes/ shoes. I would definitely come back here!

The hotel is certainly not new, but the renovation is fresh, the furniture is too. A huge comfortable bed. Responsive staff.
The only drawback is that there are not enough sunbeds on the beach. I had to borrow early in the morning, because that's what everyone does, and many then never come to their places, and the workers do not control or regulate it in any way.
The buffet is very decent, there is always a dish of meat and fish, without frills, but generally delicious.
The children's menu is mostly harmful, but you can always find something to feed the child from the buffet, you must eat just rice or just pasta without sauce, chopped vegetables.

Everything is great and beautiful, the sea is super! The village is 7min walk and 3min golf car from Residents , the cat takes you to the beach. The Village is a very cheerful hotel, animation Friday, Saturday. In Residents there is complete relaxation, it is boring. There are disadvantages, cleaning suffers everywhere, starting with the room and cafe, it is dirty, food is lying around, no one cleans. In the morning you come to breakfast, the floors were not washed, and they remained. The rooms in the Village are very small, only on the ground floor they are large, but they come with an additional fee. If you close your eyes to cleaning and the rest, everything is great!

A FAMILY-RUN HOTEL IS NOT FOR THE FUSSY
In general, the rest went well, due to the fact that it was possible to stay on the territory of the Residence, they have a large territory. Cars go to the beach every 5 minutes. The Village is boring, there is nothing to do. There is nowhere to go except on the territory of two hotels, there is a shopping center Al hamra Mall in 10 minutes and that's it. The hotel itself is more family-run, there are a lot of elderly people, there is no entertainment or animation, music is played on Fridays and weekends. The beach is great, but good sunbeds need to be occupied in the morning. The pools are not quite warm. From the staff, I can only single out the waiter and bartender Pran, a wonderful person who will always prompt and help. I got a good grade just because of him. I give him 100 out of 100. Huge thanks to him! The staff does not know Russian.
The rooms are not bad if you just need to spend the night.
They checked us in at 11 a.m., took the tourist tax, did not take the deposit, we had breakfast and dinner. They gave a room without a balcony, which is a big minus, because there was nowhere to dry things. The shower water was lukewarm, shampoo, gel, soap, toothbrushes and a razor were in the room. The rooms were poorly cleaned or not cleaned at all. Water was brought only 1 time to the room, towels were changed only 2 times.
The food is not great, but you can eat. The fruits were watermelons, melons, pineapples (not always tasty), oranges, apples.
There were also dates. There were fish and meat each. We weren't hungry. There were pros and cons.

You come, the sun beds are empty, but there are no people, and their things are on the sun beds. The entrance to the sea is good, swimming with children is great. You can walk along the beach, on the territory of neighboring hotels. There is no store nearby, but there is a shopping center 15 minutes away if you walk. The hotel has a children's room, you can leave the children there. There is also a shop, but of course it is more expensive there. We had a rest in December. I liked everything. They settled near the reception. The standard room has a large balcony and a bathtub, the room itself is small and the bed is too small. There was not enough chair, you sit either on the bed or on the balcony. We went to the beach, from the beach to the bugs. In addition to using the infrastructure of the Resident Hotel, we also walked along the beaches and through the territories of the neighboring Astoria and Sofitel hotels. There is a gorgeous bay behind the beach of the hotel Sofitel for walks and photos. There is a path along the three hotels. There is beauty in the evening light. I liked the food, it was delicious and there was a lot of everything. Very tasty pineapples for breakfast and dinner. We had a table outside. It's nicer to sit there. The atmosphere and interior of the room is more like a dining room, not a restaurant. But it's not critical. In the evening, the DJ includes background music Friday and Saturday live music. We took a taxi to the liquor store for 15 rubles, we were impressed by the size of the room, the assortment, and reasonable prices. Prices are high at the supermarket in the nearest mall.

We visited the Al Hamra Village Hotel from October 16 to 26, 2024. The overall impression is 4 out of 5. The territory of the hotel is not large, the reception and two-storey bungalows in two rows, separated by a road. There is a small gym, a swimming pool, as well as a restaurant for hotel guests (breakfast*lunch*dinner) and The Frisky Fox bar. This is all that is on the territory. We stayed in room 945. The room is great! Very large, two-room, huge bed, very large shower room. The room has good furniture (wooden, massive), no creaking panels or falling off door handles, etc., everything is very decent! The room has a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, refrigerator, safe (free of charge). The air conditioner works flawlessly, noiselessly, turns on automatically at regular intervals, everything is comfortable. The room is cleaned daily, very neat and clean. In general, there are no complaints about the hotel staff, they try very hard, everyone is friendly and friendly. Nutrition is much more complicated. In my opinion, with such a large number of guests, the area of the restaurant and the kitchen for the chef should be at least TWO (2) !!! three times more than it is now. To simply take a seat at the table, you must come to the door of the restaurant at least half an hour before the start of breakfast (lunch, dinner). Or run around with an empty plate waiting for 1) a place 2) when marmites with food are replenished on the racks 3) spoons + forks. The food for lunch and dinner is exactly the same and monotonous, breakfast is different for the better. There are always plenty of fruits and vegetables. The sea beach is located on the territory of another hotel, Al Hamra Residence. From Al Hamra Village, you can walk about 5-7 minutes across the street (golf carts for 8-10 people periodically travel along this route), then you need to go through the reception and Recidence corridors. The beach is not sandy, rather it is a microscopic crumb. The beach is very clean and well maintained. If you need sun beds under an umbrella, it is better to take a place before 06:45 in the morning. The entrance to the sea is wonderful, the purest sand, the water is clean, transparent. Daytime air +40 C, water +28-30 C. To sum up the impressions, for whom delicious food and comfort at the table + proximity to the sea are very important - NOT in Al Hamra Village. Who cares more about the sea, the sun and all inclusive, wellcome.

Everything is fine, but there is one thing, we got into a season when there were a lot of grandparents who at 6:15 already ran to occupy sun beds on the beach and by the pools. The quest is another one, and since I get up early, we had no problems with sun beds, even for couples with children. The food is normal, but I'm not a picky person. My husband and I had our first vacation at this hotel in the Emirate of Ras al Khaimah, in September 2024.The Emirate is young, just gaining momentum, green and very well maintained, new hotels are being built, but nevertheless, well done!
By the hotel:of course, the beauty of the exterior and the outdated rooms inside the hotel do not correspond to the external perception....But the beautiful, green and well-groomed territory of the hotel, as well as a wonderful large beach with a gorgeous sea (despite the low tide in the late evening), smooth out these minor shortcomings.
We got a large room with a kitchen, two bathrooms (one of which has a bathtub), a bedroom, a guest lounge with upholstered furniture and a large TV.The view from the bedroom is amazing, as well as a gorgeous Arabic-style balcony overlooking the sea and the hotel's pools.My husband and I really liked the room,we cleaned it daily,changed towels (every day),bed linen (every other day) and bathrobes on request, too, no problem.Tea supplies and water were replenished every day, too.Everything is great!
By the hotel restaurant:the food is not bad, but for an amateur, there is a lot of spicy food, there is almost no variety, of course there were not hungry, but...it doesn't matter to anyone, but I believe that rest should not be overshadowed by the fact that you think about food as a priority.I would like to pay more attention to the variety in seafood and, of course, if possible, cook food that is familiar to Europeans (meaning the sharpness of the food).Thank you for your understanding in this matter (not all guests are susceptible to such food for health reasons).
In general, summing up, I would like to say - THANK YOU to this wonderful country and the hospitable people of this country.
We will be very happy to fly back to the fabulous and safe Emirates that we have already come to love!

The tours were bought from Ahmed, he works at the hotel every day. He speaks Russian and is cheaper . Minus one star for the insufficient number of umbrellas on the beach , every day at 6 a.m. I had to go to take sun beds under an umbrella, it's not very pleasant to get up so early on vacation

We booked 2+2. Children aged 11 and 14.
The main thing is to book correctly with a tour operator. We booked with 2 extra beds. As a result, they were given a room with 2 bedrooms. One has 1 large bed, the other has 2 separate beds. The room also has a large living room, a kitchen (we didn't need an all inclusive), 3 bathrooms, a bathroom with a dressing table and a storage room.
2. Room cleaning. They are cleaned normally. As everywhere else, you can ask to clean up partially or change towels, leave the water
3. Food. No frills, but it's impossible to go hungry! Beef, chicken, fish, side dishes in various variations, fresh vegetables, fruits, desserts are very decent.

I spent a 10-day vacation in this place in November of the 24th year. It took about 1.5 hours to get from Dubai Airport. The road is exhausting, as we watched the camels through the car window (the animals are walking along the desert area along the highway).
I booked a family room in advance, it turned out to be very spacious - 160 sq.m. (2 bathrooms, 3 bathrooms). The kitchen has everything you need - a roomy refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee machine. The highlight of the hotel is the extraordinary view of the Persian Gulf (parrots flew to the balcony in the mornings). The snow-white beach is 20 m away, ideal for children and adults. We saw starfish, crabs of various sizes, and turtles. Check-in, meals, swimming pools - I liked everything. The only drawback is that compatriots rush to take sun loungers on the beach in the morning. But these complaints are not about the hotel, but more about its guests.

We rested at Al Hamra Village in October 2024. The area is clean. The staff is very friendly. They settled in quickly enough. We arrived at the hotel at about 9 o'clock in the morning, we were already checked in at 12. The bracelets were put on immediately. We were not even warned about the availability of a tourist fee, which was not pleasant news when checking in. Moreover, the payment was demanded in dirhams (we had only dollars on hand). But the girl at the reception politely offered to go to Al Hamra Mall, to the currency exchange office. Since we were in standby mode, we were happy to go to the mall, but our enthusiasm quickly waned as soon as we went outside. It turned out that in this hellish heat it is not so easy to walk this short distance. There are practically no shadow areas along the way, only small palm trees, from which there is practically no shadow. Therefore, our advice to future vacationers is to plan a trip to the shopping center at night!
There were no complaints about cleaning, the room was cleaned, towels were changed every day.
There were no problems with drinking water either, it can be obtained in all bars, restaurants, at the reception, as well as in the room they replenish the stock daily.
Food and restaurant: we could barely cope with the volume of tourists. There were not enough seats and tables. The food was sorted quickly, sometimes it took a long time to wait. But in the end, everything that ended was replenished, taken out and apologized for waiting. The constant queue for tea and coffee was very annoying. The kettle was running out of boiling water all the time, the coffee machines were constantly breaking down. But here it is necessary to note the attitude of the tourists themselves to the food and the restaurant. People behave as if they hadn't been fed for a week, a queue was gathering long before the restaurant opened, it all looked like taking some kind of greed. For example, the same pattern was not observed in the neighboring 5* hotel. There, all the vacationers collected food in a measured manner, without haste and queues.
There are no questions about the sea and the pools themselves, everything was fine. The sea is very warm, the entrance is flat and sandy. The pools were cooled, which was very helpful. In general, we are happy with the rest, but we would not return to the same hotel a second time.
