The hotel is no longer fresh. The food is very meager. The rooms don't seem to be bad, but you don't need to take two-room rooms. There's a bathroom like in Khrushchev. Positive:
1) Large rooms, we had a room with a living room, kitchen and two bathrooms.
2) Excellent sea, this is a bay in the Persian Gulf - the sea is warm and calm.
3) Stingray, crabs, live starfish and hermit crabs were seen in the sea. Not a coral reef, but kids have fun.
4) There is always meat, fish, chicken from food, and rice, potatoes and pasta from side dishes. (The quality of the food is described in cons).
5) There is a separate children's menu on request: French fries, nuggets, pasta without sauce and, only at lunch, ice cream without a choice of taste.
6) Good delicious juices, not powdered, as in Turkey.
7) Normal alcohol: decent whiskey, tequila, rum, vodka.
8) Beautiful green parrots lived outside the window, who cursed merrily when you put your hand out the window.
Minuses:
1) Construction is underway on three sides of the hotel - loud and dusty. From the bungalow you need to go to the beach through the road under construction. Most likely that's why the price is cheaper.
2) The room has a kitchen with a washing machine, but there are no dishes, detergent, washing powder, rags, kitchen towels, etc. i.e. the kitchen is not functional.
3) The windows are dirty (probably due to construction) and do not open (one window was opened by 10cm), there is no balcony, the clothes dryer was not brought, although they were asked several times. The humidity is high and the laundry dries badly. Drying clothes on the beach.
4) There was only one large bed in the room for 2 adults and 2 children, but an extra folding bed was provided free of charge upon request. The sofa in the living room does not fold out.
5) When the food comes to an end, a new portion is poured into the same container, which leads to spoilage of products in 3-4 hours of the restaurant's operation. There are constantly spoiled cucumbers, tomatoes, watermelon, melon, sometimes cheese and meat. We tried to take milk for breakfast for cereal twice and both times it was sour.
6) There is nowhere else to eat except at the restaurant during breakfast, lunch and dinner hours. They are not allowed to enter the restaurant in beach clothes. To feed the children with lunch, you need to come to the room, change clothes, go to eat, then change for the beach, etc.
7) There is no milk, kefir, milkshake. From the milk, only yogurt for breakfast and cheese always.
8) Ice cream only for children at lunch on request without a choice of taste.
9) The toilet on the beach is dirty and rarely cleaned.
10) There is no toilet in the children's club and they only take children who can go to the toilet themselves in the hotel building.
11) There is no children's disco in the evening.
12) The cartoon in the kids' club is turned on during dinner, so the children almost don't go to it.
13) There are almost no children in the children's club itself and they are bored there.
14) The pool on the beach was closed for half of the vacation.
15) Some kind of intestinal infection was picked up by the family, we sin on the pool.

Two women should sleep in the same bed. Everyone goes to the rooms, they are dirty, the water does not work. We rested at Al Hamra Village in October 2024. The area is clean. The staff is very friendly. They settled in quickly enough. We arrived at the hotel at about 9 o'clock in the morning, we were already checked in at 12. The bracelets were put on immediately. We were not even warned about the availability of a tourist fee, which was not pleasant news when checking in. Moreover, the payment was demanded in dirhams (we had only dollars on hand). But the girl at the reception politely offered to go to Al Hamra Mall, to the currency exchange office. Since we were in standby mode, we were happy to go to the mall, but our enthusiasm quickly waned as soon as we went outside. It turned out that in this hellish heat it is not so easy to walk this short distance. There are practically no shadow areas along the way, only small palm trees, from which there is practically no shadow. Therefore, our advice to future vacationers is to plan a trip to the shopping center at night!
There were no complaints about cleaning, the room was cleaned, towels were changed every day.
There were no problems with drinking water either, it can be obtained in all bars, restaurants, at the reception, as well as in the room they replenish the stock daily.
Food and restaurant: we could barely cope with the volume of tourists. There were not enough seats and tables. The food was sorted quickly, sometimes it took a long time to wait. But in the end, everything that ended was replenished, taken out and apologized for waiting. The constant queue for tea and coffee was very annoying. The kettle was running out of boiling water all the time, the coffee machines were constantly breaking down. But here it is necessary to note the attitude of the tourists themselves to the food and the restaurant. People behave as if they hadn't been fed for a week, a queue was gathering long before the restaurant opened, it all looked like taking some kind of greed. For example, the same pattern was not observed in the neighboring 5* hotel. There, all the vacationers collected food in a measured manner, without haste and queues.
There are no questions about the sea and the pools themselves, everything was fine. The sea is very warm, the entrance is flat and sandy. The pools were cooled, which was very helpful. In general, we are happy with the rest, but we would not return to the same hotel a second time.

I have vacationed in different countries using the all inclusive system, I can safely call it a normal place without frills. Beef, chicken and fish daily, rice, pasta and potatoes too. The plates are clean, there are enough appliances for everyone, you just need to come and take it. The glasses are paper or plastic, but even in this you can find a plus - they are disposable)). Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks of good quality, coffee beans, sugar on the table. There is enough space for everyone on the beach, the sea is amazing. A golf car goes to the beach, everything worked in the room, solid wood furniture. Live music on weekends... In general, a normal 4ka. And if you need 10 types of meat, chicken and fish dishes, then you probably need to choose a hotel above the category. I also want to note that tips work wonders))) have a good rest))

I had a rest at the Al Hamra & Village 4* hotel from 20- 31.07.2023. I am very happy with the food - varied, always fresh and I think - for the most different tastes!...Polite, helpful attentive staff, who tried very hard for us- vacationers.Many thanks to all of them - the head Chef and the administrators at the entrance THANK YOU!!!🤝🤝🤝.Towels were changed daily in the room, water was put on, the necessary things were cleaned in the sanitary room.And the Persian Gulf was even more pleasing - a huge beach with all the necessary infrastructure!(sun beds, covers, showers, changing rooms), clean sand, trimmed.grass and gorgeous warmth - sometimes a hot sea, and in the evening and live music...I was very satisfied and energized for the working year!!!🙏🌅💗Thank you to everyone who participated in the organization of our holiday - July 2023.!!!

The room was changed 3 times during the stay. The furniture is outdated, damaged, and the bed linen is gray, but that's half the trouble. The phones are broken, the ceiling has leaked from the room above, the router has flooded (it ended up in the ceiling), and therefore the TV is not showing, the iron is not working, the TV is broken, the refrigerator is broken and a puddle has appeared in the kitchen, the plumbing is initially clogged, with a smell. We had a rest at Al Hamra residence. Lovely, clean, huge rooms. We (two adults without children) got a huge two-room room with a kitchen. A wide beach with white sand, a gentle entrance, 3 swimming pools on site.The food deserves special praise, it's just something incredible. Cooks just respect. Seafood, fish, several types of meat, many side dishes, vegetables , herbs, fruits daily. Watermelon, melon and pineapple are incredibly delicious. Sweets deserve a separate review .Cheesecakes are incomparable. Alcohol: German beer and European spirits. I put 5 out of 5.

The beach is clean, sandy, pleasant gentle approach, wide coastal, there are no people at all (end of May), the room (standard) is presidential, we were very surprised by the size of the room, this is the largest room we have seen anywhere and it's just a standard room! The alcohol is of excellent quality, the rum and whiskey are very good, they took several bottles with them from home, they thought suddenly there would be some kind of drink, they brought them back, their drinks are excellent, the territory is quite well-groomed, beautiful. Minus that the pools are up to 18. And there's nothing to do after 18. There is no animation at all.

We were a family from 25.10 to 1.11.23 for All Inclusive at Al Hamra Residence. In general, I really liked it, except for some minor disadvantages.
Of the advantages:
1. A huge room (were in the standard Studio room) of about 50 sq. m. with a huge bed and, of course, daily cleaning
2. A really delicious buffet. He is not surprised by the variety (something similar in St. Petersburg, for example, can be found in 3 *), but what is offered is really delicious, there is something to eat and, in principle, something to drink... Bearing in mind the prices in the shops (which are not so close to the hotel) - we were just happy repeatedly))
3. Extremely responsive and friendly staff (with the exception of the lady in the bar by the sea - resembles a sleepy hippo... wildly slow)
4. Cool beach with a gentle sandy entrance
Of the minuses: 1. Construction site (sometimes it was noisy by the sea, sometimes it was dusty outside the window, the roads were dug up).
2. There is not much variety of food (perhaps it will be critical for someone, we did not stay hungry, rather the opposite ...)
As a result - if you want a relaxing beach holiday on a chaise longue and a strong movement is not required, the hotel is perfect!

For 4**** great hotel, food, service, beach. The sea is incomparable, but the tides are unpredictable. If you come with children, watch them very carefully in the water. If you don't swim well, be careful too. When you enter the water at low tide, you can walk almost to the buoys. You swim near the buoys for 15 minutes, and at this time the tide is coming in, you will have to swim back quite far: near the shore it will be with your head. The cyclicity is not clear. It feels like when the sea wants to, then it suits them. And everything happens very quickly.
Other disadvantages: the room does not have a balcony, dryer. Even a banal window sill. There is no place to dry things. There are rooms with a balcony, but they are at a higher price. Very dirty windows. It is a very small restaurant, and it eats in 2 hotels. This one and the neighboring one are from the general network. I'm on vacation out of season (September), and you're always standing in line at the entrance. Wait until the tables are free. It's very hot outside. It is impossible to sit outside. There are no bars in the air-conditioned room. Therefore, everyone not only eats, but also just sits and drinks. So waiting for a table is not fast. Otherwise, I really like everything. Especially the staff. They are from Sri Lanka. They are very nice and try very hard. I like that there is a lot of space on the beach. There is plenty of room for hiking. It's important to me.

- there is a construction site on the territory of the hotel (the road to the beach through the blocked construction site)

- the hotel is not very clean. Our lamp cord fell behind the bedside table, while they were getting it, they found a huge lump of dust between the bedside table and the bed (that is, they could breathe the whole vacation), all the windows are in the sand (a huge layer of sand)

We had 2 rooms booked, but we were accommodated in 1 huge one with 3 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen and a huge balcony.
The food is normal, but the choice is much poorer than in Turkey.
The territory is good, there are several pools, the pool bar is open until late at night.
You can walk along the embankment.
10-15 minutes to the Mall, on the second floor there is an exchange office, souvenirs, on the 1st floor there is a grocery store.
On the ground floor of the hotel, you can book excursions from Ahmed, we took a car with a Russian-speaking guide and everything was fine.

We had a rest in August. The temperature is +40 during the day, +33 at night, and the water is +35. You can only go to the sea in the morning and in the evening before sunset.
The hotel itself has large rooms, but they require renovation. The furniture is already tired, in some rooms the shower doors are broken and the curtains are behind them.
The food is quite poor, there is not much choice. The discovery was that with the all-inclusive system, breakfast was refused upon arrival in the morning, they said that it was paid starting from lunch, on the day of departure only breakfast. In the restaurant, the room number is recorded at the entrance, you can't enter a second time. There was only a bar on the street, nothing else. The children's menu is only on request, it just doesn't exist.
The beach is not very big, but in conditions of such heat it was enough, the entrance to the sea is gentle. There are ebbs and flows in the morning and evening.

We rested at this hotel in September 2023 according to the all on system. The hotel is not bad, clean, the staff is responsive. Cleaning every day, towels are also changed every day. Coffee, tea, water are added every day (it doesn't matter if it's over or not)
The room was deluxe, huge. There is a kitchen, but without dishes and appliances (for what it is not clear). The bathroom is also huge, there is a shower, a bathroom, 2 sinks, a toilet and a bidet. There is no balcony as such, but the sliding windows go to the floor.
Construction in the UAE is everywhere, so be ready to listen to the slotting. Because of the construction site, part of the territory was fenced off, at first it was a little annoying, then they got used to it.
The food in my opinion is diverse, very tasty desserts, cakes. There was no seafood, only fish. Also meat, chicken, vegetables. For breakfast, you can ask for an omelet (3 types).
For children, porridge, the first 2 days the son ate, then he began to show off (the milk is not tasty).
There are nuts, prunes, raisins, pastries. You can ask to pour alcohol (wine from tetropacks). Fruits are not sweet, they did not even eat watermelon, pineapple is also nothing to talk about.
In general, you can eat enough. Several times the chef came up and asked if everything was delicious (nice).
There are three small pools on the territory, the sea is close (the cleanest beach, the sea itself is warm, shallow, salty and very clean)
The territory is small, but well maintained.
There is no animation as such. In the evening, they turn on a movie on the street (cartoons are mainly for children) and there is a game room (they don't speak Russian there, as in the whole hotel in principle).
There are 2 summer students by the pool, there are no special queues.
Free of charge:
Water, juice, soda, beer and several types of cocktails (alcohol is given after 11).
There are no discos and other things in the evening (but we didn't need to)
Nearby is the shopping mall AL HAMRA Mall, there is a grocery department, a children's playground, an exchange and much more.
Prices are high, just like everywhere else.
We bought magnets at the hotel, there is a department with small change. One magnet 10-15 dirhams
Excursions were taken from a guide (sightseeing Dubai and safari). Jeeps on safari are ushatany and extreme at least, a one-time event.

A beautiful, peaceful place! Its own clean beach, excellent staff, the bay is gorgeous, there is not much entertainment, but you can relax in peace! Alcohol is a problem, so take it from home in your luggage or in a dutie! the microwave didn't work in the room, no one reacted in 6 days🤷♀️

The hotel is old and requires renovation. It was inhabited for a very long time. We arrived with the children around 11:00, check-in at 15:00. We had to remind ourselves constantly. And only by 16.00 we were given a room . The beach is nice, the kitchen is simple.

The hotel is good in general. The staff is trying very hard! The sea is good - the tide is high before lunch, the tide is low after lunch! The kids liked it! Children were left at the children's club - they played playstation.
What didn't you like:
1. There is a construction site on the beach and around the hotel.
2. We have no balcony and no place to dry things. They brought a folding dryer, all rusty, asked for a new one - they have been carrying it for 2 days ..
3. The upper pool is dirty, they swam at the bottom.
4. Rooms in the form of apartments. Apartment type. There are no dishes in the kitchen, only a tea set. We didn't have a washing machine.
5. They smoke everywhere - on the beach, near the exit, near the pool. With children, it is very inconvenient and not pleasant.
The construction will be over in a year - it will be good to rest!

We are currently staying at the Residence Hotel. A big and significant disadvantage is that there are very few umbrellas on the beach! There are only 15 of them for the entire beach. Because of the scorching sun, it is simply dangerous to be on the beach without an umbrella, no creams will help. This is not just a matter of comfort for vacationers, but a matter of safety! There is one bar on the beach, where only some drinks can be taken according to the all-inclusive system. The food in the restaurant (he is the only one here) is of high quality, but there is not much of it, we have enough. The rooms are huge, cleaned every day. The curtains and windows are very dirty. There are bathrobes in the room.

The hotel has no spa, no entertainment, everything is quite simple. But the rooms are just huge and for some reason with kitchens, even the simplest rooms are Huge. The beach is wide, spacious with clean sand. There's nowhere to go around the hotel either, a couple of bars and that's it. But golf, I don't know who needs it, I haven't seen a single person on huge fields in two weeks. The windows in the rooms move apart, so a balcony is not needed. Nearby, a small shopping center is about 15 minutes on foot, there is a shop with an alcoholic (the doors without signs and advertisements are simply painted, as if the entrance to the warehouse) everything is decent inside and a huge selection. The food in the restaurant is quite high quality. In general, the hotel is for a calm, measured beach holiday, it is possible with children, the room will definitely not be crowded.

We stayed at this hotel with the whole family. The room was huge, very nice, three bathrooms!!! The food is generally varied, and no one will starve. The bar is excellent, the drinks are of high quality. The pools are clean and the water is warm. The staff is very friendly, always ready to help, and they partially speak Russian.
