We arrived at the hotel at 9 am, by 10 o'clock we had already prepared a room + made an upgrade and provided a room with a balcony. The territory of the hotel is clean, green, constantly cleaned and doing something. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, you can call the reception and a golf cart will arrive. At the reception, as in the whole hotel, the staff is polite and smiling, but they practically do not understand Russian.
The beach is sandy, there were enough sunbeds at any time of the day, most of the vacationers were located near the pools.
The cuisine is not as diverse as in Turkey, but everything is present in order to eat. There is always a choice between fish, chicken and beef (pork is missing for obvious reasons), several side dishes to choose from, desserts, fruits) very tasty pineapples). Alcohol is served at bars from 11 to 23, imported German beer, strong alcohol of unknown brands, but of good quality, in cocktails it comes with a bang.
I recommend buying excursions from the Egyptian Mustafa, he is located on the 1st floor of the Residence, he is cheaper than the guides by 10-15%. We lived in a Village, here on Yandex it is one hotel. We arrived for a week for 200 thousand breakfast and dinner. The hotel itself - the villas are cute, the rooms have a comfortable bed, a bunch of pillows, snow-white linen, a big TV with Russian channels. You can use the gym of the neighboring 5* hotel, and you will walk to the beach through its territory.
The pain of this hotel is food - it is simply not designed for such a number of people - a queue is formed before the opening of the dining room, after 15 minutes the food ends, free tables, plates, coffee mugs, appliances end. If you come later in an hour, there are untidy tables and there are no clean dishes. The food is monotonous, but this is nonsense - there is no such thing, you can ask for pasta 4-5 times, they nod and silence. The tables are not cleaned almost, some of the vacationers themselves push the dirty dishes away, someone asks the staff. Every meal is stressful. We have two "receptions" thank God, the third time we go to eat in a cafe, for example, two Caesar salads and 1 wine and 1 beer = 150 dirhams (about 3 thousand rubles).
We take sun loungers on the sea at 7 am, they are three times less than people!

Al hamra residence 5 rooms are normal, spacious. Food in hotels for 3 as in principle and everywhere (pasta, rice, chicken, fish, vegetables, salads, soup, fruits were only watermelon, melon, papaya, desserts 1-2 pieces to choose from, breakfast omelet, croissants, juice, coffee) for an amateur. But the Village 4 hotel is something.. rooms killed in the trash, dirt in the rooms, cockroaches. Food for 2 with a minus, there was not enough food, who did not have time, he was late)To reach the sea, you have to walk through the construction site through the mud in the heat, I was resting with a one-year-old child. I estimate 2 hotels since my parents were at 5, and my husband and I at 4, if we go then at 5, but only when the construction is finished there. Nearby there is a shopping center with food and clothing.

The mattress of the bed was terrible. I'm used to sleeping on medium hardness. But here. I got up every morning with a wild pain in my neck and back. I changed sides with my husband. I was cleaning pillows. I've done everything. Yes, it's individual. But I got it! The room was on the ground floor. There is an exit to the street. But you won't sit - the sounds of a road under construction. Yes, and there is no table and chair at least. There was a kitchen, but there was only a kettle and two mugs from the dishes.
Construction site! This is a separate topic. Construction is a tin! One tall building is being repaired. There is a sleeve through which workers throw off garbage. In addition to a strong rumble, the dust still flies. And you breathe it by the pool. By the way, only one pool worked. There are no questions about the pool. Everything is fine! The water is changed, the dude monitors the discipline and the children. There are various inflatable games and gadgets for swimming for children. Beach: nice, but! Construction site on the left and right. Excavators are making noise. Workers walk through the sunbeds and carry pipes. There are four sun beds for one umbrella. We even had an incident when our things were put aside and our sunbeds were occupied. Like they didn't have enough space. Russians are still extremely uncultured! It's a shame! The sea is warm and clean. You don't walk on the beach. There are construction sites and fences on both sides. Therefore, for example, it will not be possible to take a walk in the evening and look down) . There is also only one shower to rinse off at the beach. And of the two cranes, one works.
Toilet and changing room. It stinks like a train station toilet. Ankle-deep water on the floor. Yes, Condey is fucking around. But it's just dirty. I haven't seen a cleaning lady there in a week.

When we were there, people changed the number three times. Because they were given, the numbers are not nearby. Although they paid and wrote about it in advance. Then with dirty windows and apparently on the construction site.
We had a room for the road. But even that .. in the morning, the squeaking of cars and loading. You can hear it already at 7 am.
There is no animation from the word at all. A petting zoo for two hours once a week - I don't count.
Food. Of the pros - no indigestion ! Monotonous. Does not pull on the number of dishes for five. Two fruit options (watermelon and melon / grapefruit / orange / pineapple), three dessert options (uncomplicated), packaged juices and poured into the machine, salads are (but not classic European, but apparently experimental, with fruits and lettuce leaves for example), side dish (always rice in several variations, potatoes, pasta, chicken, beef. All with different sauces like fried potatoes in the morning, rosemary in the afternoon, curry in the evening. There was a beef tongue in sauce. Carbonate pasta without bacon, ala Thai vermicelli. The fish is either Tilapia, or it is unclear what kind. In different versions of roasting. And it's not all at once. And within a week . To make it clear that this is not a discrepancy, this is an enumeration of everything)) . There is a menu for children. But he must be asked. It's not worth it. There is one version of porridge in the morning. Sometimes yoghurts, but not packed in plastic trays, but with a common vat. There are dried fruits and nuts. There are pastries in the morning - Kurasan without everything, pancake and sauces, and two versions of buns. There is a coffee machine. Dishes are not always cleaned promptly. There are no napkins from the word at all on the table. Only fabric, put it on your knees. Teaspoons are always in short supply. One of the advantages is that the staff is smiling.
The rate at which they change the currency in order to take a deposit and tax is extremely unprofitable for them. And they don't change the currency if you need to pay for a bar, for example, and you don't have dirhams, only dollars.

The deposit was returned to us. No questions asked. Although during the eviction we saw another group of people who moved out of the hotel. Apparently, this is a frequent topic for them. But here's a little thing like coming back from breakfast the next day and bumping into a locked door.
From such trifles, a five-star service is formed. It's not here. But I wouldn't cling so much if they declared themselves lower in status and there would be no construction. The construction is terrible. After the vacation, the head is quadrant from the constant rumbling. And yes. A lot of Russian. And when there are a lot of them, it's terrible.. for some reason, Russians do not know how to behave normally. We went straight to the reception, but they could not help us there, the girl at the reception wrote down what the hours were, said through the translator that she would clarify, but after that we did not see her at the reception and no one could answer us. Due to the fact that we had to leave for the airport already, no one provided us with the clock or any information.
