Everyone who is on an all-inclusive diet is wearing red bracelets. After reading the negative reviews, we were ready for the worst. But it's not so bad. Breakfast is standard - eggs in different types, sausages, some hot dishes, porridge, yoghurts, pastries, fruits, nuts. Lunches and dinners are not as diverse as in Turkey or Egypt. But there is always one dish of meat, poultry and fish. Side dish - rice, potatoes, vegetables, pasta. From fruits - pineapple, watermelon, melon, arelsin, grapefruit. There are delicious desserts. Dishes are prepared differently every day. We could always find something to eat to our liking. They cook quite tasty.
According to the "all inclusive" system, you can use the bars. Drinks only. There are no snacks. From drinks juices, in bags carbonated drinks in cans, mineral water and several types of cocktails. And also alcohol of good quality. The spouse liked alcohol here more than in Turkey and Egypt.

There were small misunderstandings with room service - they would forget to bring small towels, or they would not provide shower accessories, but everything was solved very quickly by contacting the reception. The only drawback is an attempt to get money for an extra seat when checking in. Although the voucher clearly spelled out both the type of room and the number of seats 3. When checking in, the manager was specifically reminded of this, but they still brought them to a 2-bed room, where there was physically nowhere to put an extra seat. We started to solve the issue and we were asked to pay about $ 280 for an additional one.place. I had to pay attention once again to the voucher, where it was clearly stated that everything was paid for. After half an hour, the issue was resolved by providing a more comfortable room. Everything would be fine, but the time was well past midnight and I had a child and a 75-year-old dad with me. This nuisance was forgotten the very next day, fortunately, the weather, the service and the rest itself were at a good level. The sea is gorgeous, clean, there were always enough sunbeds, there are no problems with towels.

The sea is beautiful, clean, white sand. I did not like that the hotel room is 2 + 1 with 2 beds of 1-2 m wide. We had to connect them and sleep together with a ten-year-old child, it was extremely uncomfortable. The food suited us. Everything was fresh and delicious. There was always chicken and beef from meat, there was fish too, but we were not impressed.

Briefly about the hotel:the location is good (not the center, not the embankment, near the shopping center). The beach is good. Nl there is a minus here-sun beds with an umbrella can be occupied Only until 08.00 or even earlier!!!! Or by lunchtime! Food norms for the price category (there is no diversity at all). Again, a minus-there are also often not enough seats and old coffee machines-there is always a queue.Entertainer and all the rest only from yourself. And the cherry on the cake, which is why I'm writing. I paid for a round-trip transfer! On the day of departure, the transfer was scheduled for 13.00. Departure at 18.00. From 13.00 to 15.18. it was not. The hotel guide Tamer initially sent to the reception. At the reception they were sent to the guide, supposedly they can't solve anything without a guide! And the guide referred to the fact that the transfer is provided by the hotel and he has nothing to do with it. Ping pong is kind of. Later he stopped communicating at all. I had to call my tour agent in St. Petersburg (who resolved this situation). At 15.00 I was ready to take a taxi, but at the request of the reception to call a taxi .... Rest from 30.03 to 9.04.2023 in the Village. The hotel has deteriorated very badly. We live in the Village. The food is terrible. We arrived at the hotel at 12, we didn't check in earlier, we had to wait until 15 o'clock. The room is big, that's all right. The floor is not washed, towels and a shapmun-gel bathrobe and so on for one person, there are two of us.The broken shower and the safe were repaired. With food, it's a complete horror! Coffee for breakfast can be expected in the queue for 20 minutes...There are no fruits, there are traces of watermelon. Vegetables also seem to be there, but there is nothing to eat. There are queues for dinner at the beginning and the absence of dishes and food in an hour and a half. The assortment is frankly meager, some dishes, to put it mildly, are not tasty. Air conditioning in room 1 is common, i.e. it cannot be turned on separately in the bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, "lounge-zone"... It blows on the bed area and nothing can be done, so they turned it on for the night.
The cuisine is delicious, but there are spicy dishes... You can find something suitable to your taste. You won't stay hungry.
The beach is wonderful, the approach to the sea is white sand, seashells ...
The hotel is very popular with local non-residents: on Friday and Saturday - check-in with families and companies for the weekend.
