We rested at this hotel in early October. The rooms are large, that's all the advantages. The kitchen in the hotel is very, very average, all the cooks are Hindus, probably hence such sadness. As seafood – crab sticks and tilapia fish))). One type of chicken and one type of beef, which are boiled, the next day they are already fried. Also, the use of beef offal (lung, tongue) under the guise of beef has been noticed more than once. You certainly don't expect to see this in a five-star hotel. The only joy is desserts (mousse and 2-3 kinds of sponge cake). Everything else is a sad sadness. Not tasty at all. The kitchen is at the loss of a 3-star hotel maximum, but not 5, which this one positions itself.
Around the construction site, dust, noise, dirt. The room above ours was also renovated, drilled for a long time and loudly. On my repeated request by phone from the room to the administrators to deal with this problem, there were only promises. As a result, after three calls and no result, I had to personally go down and literally take the hotel representative by the hand and take him to the room where the repair was. Only after that the issue was resolved.
No activities, no animators. Skukatishcha!
Tasteless, extremely overpriced, the staff is lazy. In general, the hotel is a complete disappointment, not worth the money spent (departure from Moscow, all inclusive (!!!!!!!!), 250k for 9 nights)

advise anyone to book it. We booked apartments for a mother with 3 children. The hotel provided a daybed and a double bed. At the same time, the pastel linen was only on the big bed. There was a war with the hotel all day. Brought an extra. The bed, and the linen was not given out. The children slept on blankets without sheets. A 5* hotel, such a disgrace has never been seen in any country in the world. Dear tourists, do not see each other in the photo, the hotel is not hospitable, the service is minus 10 points, do not give your money to nasty people.

Maybe something has already changed during this time.We're going for the third time, and here it's like another hotel. Firstly, the menu is small, the food is very spicy. After each meal, there was heartburn and abdominal pain. Children had nothing to eat, and in principle adults too. The Internet is not all over the room, in some rooms it catches, and in some it does not. They clean up here, as they don't clean up, they walked a couple of times on the floor and that's it. The carpet was not vacuumed, the dust was not wiped. Thanks for making the bed. You can't go to bars with your own food, you can only eat in the room. With alcohol, too. If we were fed normally, but here we can't even eat our own food. Poor service, especially in bars. They seem to pretend that we are not there. And they delay on purpose. They play or talk on the phone, although they see perfectly well that we are here. There are some parties, but only for locals. Because of them, the beach is often blocked. You can not swim or walk.

Great hotel! 4 star part of the Waldsdorf Astoria. Small 2-storey buildings with 4 rooms. Quiet and peaceful. The beach is 200 meters away. The rooms are clean. The staff is attentive but they don't speak Russian very well. I highly recommend it!
