The hotel is conveniently located to the sights of Bukhara. In the next house there is a good restaurant "Staraya Bukhara", where you can have a delicious meal. About the room, in principle, everything doesn't seem to be bad, but the closet is not conveniently located by one of the beds, that is, there is no coat hanger at the entrance to the room, and to hang jackets, you have to get in line, and one to crawl to the closet and take clothes. The towels are already grey and stained, although the hotel has recently opened. The shelves in the closet are covered in dust, putting the bag on the shelf is clearly visible, as a trace remains. The breakfasts are excellent, something is already cold, but there is a microwave, you can warm it up. They don't take out the garbage every day, which is also a minus. And so if you close your eyes to all this, then it's quite a good option for relaxation.
I stayed at Al Hayat Terrace in November 2024 and was satisfied. The rooms are clean and comfortable, decorated in oriental style, which creates a special atmosphere. A nice bonus was the balcony where you can enjoy the view.
The breakfasts are just great — a large selection of food, everything is fresh and delicious. I would also like to mention the friendly and caring staff who are always ready to help.
The Internet is fast and stable, which is also important for a comfortable stay.
I recommend it for those who are looking for comfort and good service in Bukhara!
Excellent location - 5 minutes to Labi House, 5 minutes to the entrance through Toki Furushon along the shopping street past Poi Kalyan to the Ark citadel. A wonderful breakfast! Very friendly staff, always ready to help. Very comfortable room with everything you need. The trick of the room is there is no window, but there is something like an attic window up. The best guest house from our trip to Uzbekistan! I highly recommend it! I wish the owners and staff prosperity! Please note, opposite the exit of the hotel, on the right behind the fence is a piece of old Bukhara.
A cozy, clean, very pleasant hotel with very good staff. Everyone is always ready to help in any matter. The rooms are very nice, made in oriental style. The location is great!!!! There is always water in the room! We will definitely come back with our son and highly recommend it!!!
We stayed at the hotel in April 2024. The hotel is new, in Bukhara style, very cozy, with a courtyard, made with a soul.
The location of the hotel is excellent - right in the center of the Old Town, all the sights are within walking distance.
The breakfasts are good, I especially liked the variety of oriental sweets.
The room is clean, cozy, spacious, large shower room, everything you need is there. The hotel staff is polite, very attentive, they will answer any questions, arrange everything you need (we were provided with a free transfer to the railway station, it was very pleasant).
I definitely recommend this hotel.
A nice little hotel with good friendly staff.
We had a triple room with a window to the courtyard. Very clean. I was surprised that towels were changed every day for such a level of hotels. They cleaned cleanly. The breakfasts consisted of European and national cuisine. Fresh pastries, fresh vegetables, not bad coffee. During breakfast, an excursion program around Bukhara was broadcast on TV. A great bonus. And most importantly, these are the wonderful people who work at the hotel. We responded to any requests. It so happened that I had to call an ambulance and then go to the hospital. The guys drove us, waited and then took us back to the hotel. Thank them so much!!!!! I wish prosperity to this hotel and health to these sincere and sympathetic people
Just a wonderful new hotel!!! I liked absolutely everything!!! Super interior, which combines recreated elements of antiquity with modern decoration in a very harmonious way! The rooms are spacious enough, equipped with everything you need, delicious and varied breakfasts, and, of course, a great location! All the main attractions are within walking distance! Special thanks to administrator Azim for his very attentive attitude and desire to help in solving any issues! Thank you very much!!!
A magnificent hotel! The new one, for October 23, has been working for a couple of months.
Very cozy, nice rooms, everything is there, clean, the breakfasts are delicious, the location is gorgeous, the staff and the owner of the hotel are magnificent and as customer-oriented as possible. Helped, told, showed! Very individual approach! Real hospitality)
We lived before in three hotels in Bukhara, and more expensive ones, Al Hayat is our favorite! The price is very reasonable, the quality is excellent!
And what has sunk into the soul most of all, with what soul, with what attention to detail the hotel is decorated! This is a real Bukhara house! Shutters, tiles, patterns, columns, courtyard, passages, jugs, trays, metal decor! This is love!
We highly recommend staying at this hotel if you want authenticity, immersion, but also comfort!
Good luck to you Khairulla! Thank you for the warm welcome!
A wonderful hotel located within walking distance from all the main places. The hotel is new, the interior is tastefully decorated, taking into account local traditions, but without any kitsch, which is present in many other places. The room is nice, the mattresses are hard, but in moderation. The breakfast is delicious and varied. Super staff who strive to help and provide maximum comfort in everything. There are absolutely no intrusive offers of additional services in the form of excursions, transfers, etc. We liked it and can safely recommend it!
This is the worst hotel in my life! The refrigerator is noisy like a tractor, the ball room is on the 1st floor. We booked a standard room , as a result we got a room on the 1st floor , with the smell of cigarettes and eternal noise , the hotel is made of cardboard .We hear every sneeze from the neighbors, as well as a crowd of unknown people watching TV at the reception, instead of relaxing. We received amazing bread with mold for breakfast at the check-out. It was the second hotel in Uzbekistan, there is something to compare it with and it is not just a malicious review. In the hotel you will never get enough sleep because of the noise around the clock, as well as mattresses, pillows are just cheap brick.
Great new hotel!
The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. However, not all have a window, you need to check with the hotel if this is important to you. Even in such rooms it is not stuffy and comfortable.
Polite staff, help and answer any questions. They speak Russian and English.
A varied breakfast.
Excellent location, just one step away from the Labe House. But at the same time, the windows overlook either the courtyard or a quiet street.
There is no better hotel. Top class. The location couldn't be better, I wouldn't want to move it anywhere in Bukhara.
Around the corner is the old town, around the other corner is a very nice restaurant.
The most helpful staff. Flawless.
There is a very warm atmosphere in the hotel itself, a beautiful inner terrace where you will be happy to set a table and be allowed to lie on a cot.
In the morning, a bottle of water will be given for the tour, and not only to you, but also to your friends who came to pick you up.
I really liked the hotel! We were greeted very friendly. Delicious breakfasts. The rooms were always cleaned, it was clean and pleasant to be in the room!
A small but very comfortable hotel in the center of old Bukhara. Excellent service (linen, for example, is changed every day). Friendly staff. The owner of the hotel Khairulla Karamatov personally meets with the guests
and learns their wishes. A great breakfast: porridge, scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, cheesecakes, sliced vegetables, fruits, oriental sweets, etc. The room has everything you need, however, there is not enough shelf in the shower stall and a heated towel rail. But the hotel opened only in August, and is still developing.
Thank you very much for the beauty, style, and comfort of the hotel. The breakfasts are great. The location is simply gorgeous, everything is within walking distance.
A great small hotel in the old center, the staff is attentive, the breakfasts are good. The interior is authentic, stylized antique: carved doors, colored panels made of ganch, while quite comfortable living conditions. Fresh renovation, good bed, although the mattresses are a bit harsh. We really liked it, I recommend it to everyone.
Great hotel! A seasoned ethnic! At the entrance there is a carved walnut door. There are ancient vessels in the hall. The white hall is like in the residence of the last Emir of Bukhara! Excellent breakfasts. The staff is FANTASTICALLY caring about their guests! Ode can still call and offer breakfast! Offer a transfer! This is a wonderful hotel! Beautiful rooms! National flavor!!! Plus: A new modern hotel! Very convenient location! All attractions are within walking distance. Literally next to a great restaurant, and almost 200-300 meters is a great place with shops, a lake, cafes and other restaurants. The owners of the hotel are super!
The history of the hotel's construction is simply a hymn to modern Uzbekistan and its citizens!
I recommend it to everyone!
Great hotel!
There is a good hotel in the price category. The mattress is not very hard, as it used to be in other hotels, when you sleep like on a board.
There are breakfasts, but the assortment is not large at all. Omelet and hot porridge. It was in April 2024, there were no fruits and vegetables on the table.
The refrigerator did not work in two rooms. At the same time, the staff is hospitable. You could leave the food in their kitchen and then reheat it. You can iron clothes and wash them.
There are a couple of rooms with narrow windows. As it is, everything is fine. 🤗💚
A new, clean, atmospheric hotel, in the heart of the old town, while very quiet. The staff is polite, attentive, sociable. The breakfasts are very good. There was a little lack of grain coffee, but it compensated for the delicious custard tea. In the evenings we sat in the courtyard, next to the restaurant. The owner himself was very caring and sociable. I would definitely come back.
One of the best hotels, miniature, delicious breakfasts, everything in oriental style, wooden ceilings. Authentic. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, near the center, many restaurants and shops.
A new hotel with an authentic design, 5 minutes from the historical center. Thanks to Manager Azim for the recommendations on the cultural and historical program.
Delicious breakfast, great rooms.
A wonderful hotel that combines comfort and a very beautiful design in the Bukhara style. The absolute hospitality of the staff and cleanliness! We really liked it;)
Great hotel for a solid 5!
Friendly staff.
Beautiful interior in common areas and rooms.
Delicious breakfasts.
The room has air conditioning, underfloor heating in the bathroom.
The staff is extremely caring, the rooms are clean, everything is in Uzbek style, there are rooms with beauty (lighting, ornament, attributes), there are simpler, good breakfast, convenient location.
Nice hotel. The perfect price-quality-location ratio. The only negative (maybe it's important to someone) is the poor sound insulation in the rooms. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.
A great hotel, the location is very convenient, the breakfasts are delicious, the staff is attentive.

A new, very clean, customer-oriented hotel!!! Delicious breakfasts! And the most important and memorable thing is the attitude of the guys from the hotel to the tourists! Kind, pleasant, hospitable guys! Daily cleaning and linen change! Well done! keep it up ! I would like to return to this hotel with pleasure!
The hotel is very beautiful. Very friendly service. Good breakfasts. There are minor signs of looseness, dangling sockets, poorly closing doors, but it does not spoil the overall impression

We arrived at night from the plane, tired, dreaming of a bed. I warned in advance about such an early arrival at the booking office, they said pay $ 50 and OK. We arrived, but no one is waiting for us. The sleepy boy at the reception spread his hands and said that there were no places! He says you agreed in February, then there were places. To say that we were shocked is not enough. In a foreign country, without local money at 4 a.m. When asked to do something and help somehow, the receptionist said "I'll take a look" and really sat down to watch.. movies on the phone. And at the same time we tried to call around and find a hotel for the night! And he sat stupidly and waited for us to solve this problem and finally get out! We found a place to stay and left at night. Despite the fact that we had another day in this hotel, we did not want to return to people with such an attitude towards customers. The reservation was canceled.
