The Turkish restaurant is gorgeous. everything was very tasty. the service is top-notch. special thanks to the waiter Ryan. We will be happy to come back again. The hotel has exceeded all expectations. We read a lot of negative reviews before the trip. It turned out that none of this was true.

The second time here. Nothing has changed. The food is good, the service is not known why nothing is changing. It just doesn't exist. I ordered wine, brought glasses, forgot about the wine ... 20 minutes ... for a circle - 30 minutes. There is a similar pattern with food. There just aren't enough staff or management. Although the place itself is just perfect, stylish and beautiful. Change!

The food is very tasty! The discussion is TERRIBLE!! Guests be prepared that your order will be confused and bring something else, part of the order will not be brought at all... You will sit and catch the waiter so that your dish is finally brought to you! Perhaps this is due to the fact that we do not order additional (paid) alcohol, we just paid the hotel for our room and the "all inclusive" tariff ... Perhaps the waiters do not earn money for us... I wanted to tip, but no one wants to work in such a way that they get tips!! Today we ordered 4 dishes, dessert and 2 coffees: 1 dish they mixed up 1 dish was forgotten - I reminded them, they brought it. They told the waiters about coffee and dessert 3 times - they DIDN'T BRING it to us!!! They walked by in silence and brought nothing!! This is the worst service in my life!!

A very good restaurant. Excellent service. Delicious food. According to the voucher, which was issued at the hotel, a certain set of dishes was supposed to be served. But all the dishes were very tasty, and the portions were just huge! We ate half of it!
