You know who, I personally liked the hotel, when we checked in, it was too early for us to stop by, but the administration quickly settled everything, settled in a nice room, you can remember it 255, the sea view opened, the bed was changed every day, and cleaned cleaner if you tip, the sea is five minutes from the hotel, there is a wild beach, but very clean, and if you want to sunbathe with an umbrella and on a chaise longue, you will need to walk 10-15 minutes from the hotel, admission is free with a voucher, but the rest is for money, an umbrella of 30 dirhams, a chaise longue of 10 dirhams.There was no variety of food like this, but they cooked delicious, especially they gave fish and chicken, there was no beef at all, from fruits, watermelons, kiwis, mangoes, apples, pears, oranges.. In this hotel we were with a friend, calm, quiet. The restaurant is located on the ground floor, there is enough food, as there is little variety everywhere, but fruits and vegetables are pleasing. The location of the hotel is good, though across the street, but the beach is nearby, large, municipal, sandy, which was cleaned daily. The rooms are clean, with daily cleaning, the mini bar was also replenished. The service staff does not speak Russian. There are Russian speakers at the reception, there is a shop on the ground floor, quite reasonable prices. Opposite the pool, there is a bowl for kids and a deeper place. As such, the hotel does not have a territory. If someone does not have enough food, then there is a restaurant "Kazan" near the reception. In walking distance there is a fish restaurant and the Sharjah Maritime Museum, which has 2 territories, leaving one door, you get into the aquarium. The Chen Museum has an interesting exposition. playground, about 700m. from the hotel. That is all. There are only residential buildings, hotels and a road nearby. Compared with Turkey, Sharjah is very dusty, there is practically no vegetation, it is almost a desert. There are no exits for baby strollers, there are no pedestrian crossings (there was only one near our hotel) the road with the child has to be crossed in front of cars, and the traffic is very intense. In general, Sharjah left the impression of a city for cars. A very expensive taxi, we went only once in the city, but even then we were deceived, it's useless to argue.
Now about the good, i.e. about the hotel!))
I lost an earring on the bed, they gave it away. Asked to change the number, changed. Lost the key, gave a new one. Sooo responsive staff, always said yes. Food was on the menu almost all the time because there were few vacationers, it was not the season. The portions are huge, everything is fresh and delicious! The hotel is not new, but clean, trying to maintain order. They are cleaned every day. Thank you to the hotel for trying to make our stay as good as possible!

We stayed at this hotel for the second time in October 2023. The hotel has changed its owner and has undergone a partial renovation. But the service leaves much to be desired. Initially, they settled in a completely dead room, without repair (unfortunately, I did not remember the number). The furniture is aging junk, chairs with sagging seats, beds move apart at a touch. Plus, there is one outlet and that is far from the bedside tables and the bed. But the worst thing was that the windows in the room did not open at all and were curtained. They tried to open the dusty curtains, but the windows were even dirtier under them. I can't imagine how you can live 10 days without fresh air. They refused to check in and asked to change their room. In the evening, we were moved to the first floor in a room after renovation. Everything seems to have settled down and calmed down a bit. A surprise was waiting before going to bed when they decided to move the beds.... Cockroaches ran ((((. The child saw them for the first time in 10 years and was horrified. They also ran around the kettle and refrigerator. I had to go to the reception again. They promised to sort it out in the morning. They went to the beach, but did not carry out any sanitary measures before lunch. It was only in the late afternoon, after regular reminders, that the number was changed again. The pleasure of packing and unpacking suitcases is very dubious. Plus, when we moved, not all the bags with things were transferred to us and we ran around for a couple more days and asked to figure it out. After 2 days, they were returned to us, but our nerves were already on edge. I would like to express my special gratitude to the woman who sells excursions at this hotel, she was very helpful in communicating with the administration. There was no longer any strength or desire to swear at little things like a broken hair dryer or a dispenser in the shower, the absence of Russian programs on TV. I want to say about the renovation in the rooms separately - it seems to be done, but of very questionable quality. This is especially true for the bathroom. The food in the hotel is also for 3- the assortment is minimal, there is no variety. You won't stay hungry and everything seems to be cooked well, but the minimum of vegetables, fruits and sweets is upsetting. It seems that the misunderstandings with the numbers were resolved, we rested quietly. As a small compensation, the manager allowed us to stay in the room until 17h instead of checking out at 12h. We returned from the beach at 13c and we were told to vacate the room within 30 minutes, despite the written permission. We were absolutely not ready for this -our suitcases were not packed, we were not washed, the child was not fed. They really already scored and vacated the room only when they got ready. Despite the convenient location of the hotel, the proximity to the beach and the aquarium, I do not recommend this hotel. There are more decent hotels nearby. The first visit to this hotel in November 2019 was more pleasant and without such misunderstandings. Perhaps we are the only ones who are so unlucky, but it is better to warn. We learned from conversations that cockroaches were not only in our room, and small things-breakdowns are often in other rooms. Russian channels were missing in all our 3 rooms. I understand that the hotel is not 5*, but the service for the Emirates is definitely not for a 3* hotel.

The food is cooked very tasty. Dinner is at a reasonable price, but there is soup, fish (very tasty), meat, rice and potatoes (very tasty cooked), vegetables, some fruit, jelly, drinks, tea, coffee.In general, you can have a delicious, satisfying and varied dinner.
The sea and the beach are across the street.

Now objectively for the hotel...he has one big plus - the sea is across the street.But....the beach has become dirtier than before, and much more, parts from a scooter, a dirty tent, orange structures are lying around, it is unclear from what, piles of various garbage, where plastic bottles are the most harmless component, along the entire perimeter of the beach and at the very edge of the water, a white container resembling a caisson is especially impressive, it is a kind of urn and in The moment of the tide, everything that is in it floats up...Scooters come almost right up to you, they like to scare you, because of this they swim terribly far from the shore.
Well, let's say the beach is wild and does not apply to the hotel....but it is precisely because of its proximity that tourists choose it. There was no desire to be photographed - the sight of sunbathing in a landfill,
you must agree, is not comme il faut. It was necessary to try very hard to keep the garbage out of the frame.
Now about the hotel...Yes, it is cozy, stylized, and sometimes you are like alone in it, it belongs to you)))! They clean up the mess, the bed is changed every four days, they constantly forget to put water on, then they won't put cosmetics for the shower, and a face towel must be beaten out from the cleaning man with a fight. The windows in the room are very dirty, I washed them myself, there is a solid bird droppings between the frames on the windowsill.
Food: you are sitting in a restaurant with workers who are repairing the hotel, the menu is the same, there was fish for lunch for two weeks (and the same one always - talapia, the cheapest and carcinogenic) and chicken, a lot of salads and side dishes, came to dinner - fell on beef., diluted chemical powder in juice fillers.In general, the food is not ice(.
And here it is the day of April 17, the day of departure and the first day after the April 16 downpour, when the Dubai airport was flooded, when communication was needed - relatives and friends write, worry...And, bam, as soon as we vacated the room at 12.00 and brought a card from the room at the reception desk, we
were abruptly blocked from the Internet.Fortunately, there was a 1 GB daily sim card, donated by the guide upon arrival.
We are sitting at the reception from 12 p.m. to 22:00, it is clear that the transfer did not arrive, there is water all around, plane flights have been canceled. For two days of sitting at the reception from 12.00 to 23.00, waiting for the resolution of the issue with departure, they did not offer elementary water even once. In the room: a large bed, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning,table, curbstones, ottoman, safe and refrigerator.By the way, the sockets are adapted for a regular plug and euro, a bathroom with a toilet and a bidet, two towels per person. The room was cleaned every day. Beach towels were given out in the lobby, you hand over used ones, you get clean ones.The beach is not equipped, but I don't see anything terrible about it, the sand and water are the purest, 3-5 minutes to the beach - to the right, if you go to the left side for 7-10 minutes, it's more peaceful there. The pool in the hotel is small, but it's very nice to swim and cool off after the beach. In the restaurant, the choice of dishes is not large, but varied, you can change dinner-lunch.There is a supermarket near the hotel,the prices are reasonable,you can pay with a Sberbank card (rubles) at the exchange rate, they do not cheat, they checked several times, if you pay in dollars or euros, they give change in local currency, dirhams. There is a round-trip transfer from the hotel (free of charge) to Dubai (14.00-21.00).A taxi costs at least 13 dirhams (230 rubles). We liked to relax in this hotel, we only spent the night in the room, mostly walked and swam.The hotel is pretty decent for its money. We recommend it.
