The only advantage of this hotel is the location. Everything else is just cons. If there is an equivalent of filth and filth, it is this so-called "boutique hotel". Broken, burnt furniture, floors that have not seen wet cleaning, a persistent smell of cigarettes, not fresh linen: dirt, hair, stains everywhere. The windows don't open, the kitchen is dirty and untidy - everything is greasy. We were in the room for about an hour, after which there was a desire to leave it forever. The hostess initially expressed a desire to communicate, but did not deign, perhaps she felt ashamed. No one returned the money for the room. No one apologized. The mood was spoiled because we were tired after the road and wanted to relax. Instead of resting for half the day, we were looking for a new hotel. I strongly advise against the hotel, you can get infected with AIDS. Good reviews of the hotel from 10 years ago.

A very pleasant hotel. Clean, comfortable beds, very tasty breakfast - thanks to Janet (she speaks Russian, by the way). Good location, there is a place to park the car. We liked it!
