One star is a stretch. It is untidy, apparently there has been no general cleaning and plumbing for a long time or never. Zero information in the price list. We went to the evening tariff, for three hours, I didn't want to crawl out of the house in the afternoon, plus business. Came. We stood in line outside for 20 minutes (a lot of people because of the heat), there are no complaints here. Locker bracelets are completely scattered, I'm on one side of the locker room, a small child in Kamchatka. Okay, this can also be attributed to the number of visitors. We entered the territory- oops, the children's pool with slides is already turned off, without water and lighting-the children are unhappy, they had to swim on the sides in adult pools. While we have figured out where something is, the kitchen no longer accepts orders. Only the bar is open. The bar counter and the menu are disgusting to touch. It's very dirty. And there are a lot of such little things and not so little things. Hair is everywhere, this is already for hairy visitors who shake their manes everywhere, no cleaners can keep up with them. The hair in such places should be collected and cleaned.
In general, only a negative impression remained from the visit. I am completely sorry for the money spent, which happens very rarely, I always find a positive. Spend my money on Deochlor and brushes. We won't come again. The third day under the impression (((

The water park is divided into indoor and outdoor, which in my opinion is a plus. In summer, when the heat is hot, the open part causes only positive emotions: pools everywhere, adults and children. There is a large game complex for the youngest and large slides that take your breath away), for adults. Food and drinks can be ordered on site. It is suitable for family holidays and fun friendly meetings.

There are absolutely no complaints about the water park, everything was great. But an unpleasant situation occurred in the cafe, we ordered cutlets, and inside they turned out to be raw, straight red meat, the waitress convinced us that they had such meat, they refused to change it. As a result, after 4 hours, I still feel the nasty taste of cutlets and I feel sick.

If you are with children who want aqua slides, this is it. There are a lot of slides. People, however, too. If you just escape from the heat, no. The pools are so-so. There are not many sun loungers. There is no spa area as such. In general, it is purely childish, unless of course you are a fan of aqua slides.

I put 5 stars in advance. So of course they fall a little short, but they definitely try. Children aged 6 to 10 have nothing to do (have fun) - kids are bored, adults are not allowed… There is normal food and drinks. The showers need to be updated. But the main thing is the opportunity to splash in the heat!
