We ordered a kitchen and several cupboards - everything went great! Manager Andrey helped with the design and filling of kitchen cabinets, Alexander carried out a professional installation. His namesake, the head, helped solve all the issues that arose.
By the way, there were no problems with the kitchen (from design to installation). The guys met the deadline, set it in one stage without mistakes, showed and told everything.
We have already gone through several repairs and previously there were always some problems with the kitchens, but this time everything is super! I would like to download it, thank you very much, we definitely recommend it! :)

It is immediately felt that a person has been engaged in kitchens for more than one year, a professional from A to Z, knows all the technical nuances and usage practices. Departure for measurement (out of town!), installation and connection of built-in equipment for free. The production time is short and accurate, installation in one day, everything is neat, smooth, clear, not a single comment. And the most amazing thing, with all this, is that the prices are adequate, we applied to other companies with the same project before them, the difference in the price offered was very noticeable! I recommend this company to all my friends, and I'm going to contact them again - the guys make other furniture, not only kitchens. It is very pleasant that we still have high-quality, responsible people!

It is not a furniture manufacturer. It does not have its own production. Furniture is assembled in a dilapidated factory shop on Fabricius Street. They order furniture parts from other manufacturers, i.e. they are resellers. The constant turnover of assemblers and installers involved from the outside, because they do not meet the agreed deadlines. The labor of the involved collectors is paid in bad faith.
Think twice about whether to contact this organization.

At Alan Furniture, we ordered furniture for the bedroom and children's room according to the sketches of our design project, which was turned into reality exactly, without any compromises and suggestions to simplify something or the inability to implement it technically, which we have repeatedly encountered when working with other companies. The availability of a huge selection of materials and accessories certainly helped in this, the approval stage was very easy and fast. The deadlines were also met according to the agreement. We were pleasantly surprised even at the stage of furniture assembly, the installers not only performed their technical part of the work in good faith, but turned out to be very careful, left almost no garbage and cleaned all the stains and shavings from the furniture. We were satisfied with the quality of materials and execution, it is clear that the company is trying to keep up with the times and provide maximum opportunities for its customers.

As a result, we settled on Alan Furniture, because friends advised us, and the price turned out to be lower, with better quality materials than other manufacturers. At all stages, the specialists working on our project were pleased. Designer Alexander took into account all our wishes, was in touch almost around the clock at the stage of coordinating all the nuances, gave advice when choosing embedded equipment. When lifting furniture into the apartment, the movers made a couple of chips, but this problem was solved very quickly - the Director came to us on the same day, examined everything and a week later we had new whole parts. The installers also worked with a bang - I have rarely seen such a high-quality assembly. The kitchen is large, angular, the walls are not quite smooth, but in the end everything is perfect! A couple of months after installing the kitchen, we ordered a closet in the hallway and furniture in the bathroom from them - we were also very satisfied.

I read positive reviews dedicated to Alan Furniture and just wonder how this can be, it is unlikely that in our case it was just a coincidence. We ordered the kitchen in April 2019, there were few controversial issues at the design stage and everything went without any pitfalls. All the interesting things started during installation, namely by points:
1. When measuring, the measurer was not confused by the fact that the table would be installed above the radiator and would be higher than the standard, but the leg was attached to the table shorter and as it turned out everything else was not standard, but they did not have what they needed and took it back not the first time and not willingly.
2. The kitchen in 6 sq. m was installed for two days, the first installers did not start in the morning, but appeared at 12:00 and they had to call.
3. Installers ruined the decorative fittings during installation, redone them for a week.
4. The installers did not correctly install one of the countertops and the pedestal, after some waiting time, the company sent another installer who dismantled the countertop with its subsequent damage, which did not bother him at all. I had to stand over my soul, point out that the damage needed to be sealed at least with silicone sealant, because the damage was just in the interface of the countertop with the wall in the washing area. The installation level of the countertops was also ignored, which again was noticed after assembly and then eliminated with my participation.
And now the most interesting thing!!!
After a year of using a set of kitchen furniture, the countertop cracked at the junction with the window sill, as well as the decorative fence of the refrigerator in conjunction with the floor also cracked.
As it turned out, this is not a warranty case and as I understand it, the countertop is afraid of water and it is not advisable to wipe it with a damp cloth and you do not need to do wet cleaning in the kitchen, just God forbid to pour a glass of water.
During a verbal conversation on the phone with the warranty department, they made it clear to me that this was not a guarantee, although I did not expect anything else from them after all the above.
As I found out for myself today, after removing the decorative skirting board, the countertop at the junction with the window sill at the cutting site is not treated with sealant.
