A boutique hotel with four rooms, if I'm not mistaken. Among the advantages: clean, quiet and comfortable in the room, Wi—Fi, hot water - there is everything you need, and also very tasty breakfasts. Of the cons: the website says that breakfast is included in the price, but they announced to us at check-in that it was from September, and we lived on 29.30, and on August 31, what a coincidence. I had to pay 700rubles extra, but it was delicious, I won't say anything. And the cost of a glass of homemade wine from a plastic bottle for guests at 250 rubles is a little too high, it seems to me. Usually in the Caucasus they treat you to this for free.
Overall, the hotel is excellent, but the human factor is present

This is not the first time I have stayed at the tedion hotel. I really like it, it's quiet, clean, very cozy and homey. Galina (the owner of the hotel) is a great, kind woman with a broad soul, she will always help and tell you. The breakfasts are very tasty 🤍

We came for the oath on 8.12.2024 and stayed at hotels in Alanya.We were greeted by the hospitable hostess Galina.Galina helped us with everything,we lived in a clean and comfortable room home,as well as Galina organised a wonderful trip to the mountains and to the Holy places,🫶😘thank you for your attention,responsiveness,care and hospitality,I hope that we here come back often as there are many attractions🏰🏔⛰️🌄 .I highly recommend the hotel

We were at the hotel on 06/9/2024. (she came to take the oath to her son). I liked the hotel very much, everything is clean, the rooms are clean, the linen is snow-white. If you are coming to take the oath, then this place is very suitable, since everything is within walking distance, or rather 10 minutes.walking. The hostess Galina is very friendly, if there were any questions, she always helped. The yard is clean, there is a barbecue. And the Ossetian pies, which were ordered through Galina, are just fire!!! I highly recommend it.

We visited this hotel in June 2023. Everything is as stated. A very nice hotel with its own garden. Everything is perfectly clean, decent, cozy. Friendly people work at the hotel, who are always ready to help and advise. Galina solves absolutely all issues. Since it was a festive occasion, we asked her to get fruit and champagne and everything was done in the best possible way. We turned to Galina with various questions, she solved them without problems, for which we thank her very much. I recommend. We will be back in Tskhinvali, we will stop only there. The location is very good.

If something is needed, then all issues can be resolved with Larisa Vasilyevna or Galina Georgievna. The staff is very friendly, they told us where to go, where to see what. There is Wi-Fi, which was very useful for us. On request, you can order breakfast and dinner, the menu is offered. It is very convenient that at the same time as booking a room, you can order a taxi transfer. There is no need to search and wait for anything. Since we were in autumn, we could not admire the blooming courtyard. Maybe it will be possible to visit there in the summer.

We arrived at the hotel at 6 am, we barely got through, respectively, no one was waiting for us, a man came out and said check in on the second floor in a two-bed room at the shock, we called you in advance, agreed on what we were told the third would lie on a small sofa and we would put a cot on the fourth. Okay, we think the oath of the children is at nine in the morning, we'll leave our bags and go .We still had time to drink coffee, it's good that I took coffee and sugar with me, not only that one teaspoon for the whole hotel and another mug, you can imagine our reaction. The receptionist never showed up.We drank coffee all in turn, there were no knives or forks, we wanted to eat sandwiches in the end we couldn't. Then we started going to the children for the oath at seven-thirty in the morning, the sleepy administrator Galina came out in pajamas and a fur coat on top.And then the most interesting thing began, who settled where.That is, I came 1000 km away to the child for the oath, booked a room in advance and I need to figure it out.That is, what I want to say is that the service of the mine of the hotel is not competent to eat food and warm up only when Galina gets enough sleep, everything is closed, you will not go anywhere. Yes, I also wanted to say that we were charged for a room for a 4-bed 3800 per day. As a result, we did not stay in the room for a minute and went to the children for the oath. And now imagine what we were not pleased to hear the phrase. And you will take your children to court.As a result, the children and I sat in a cafe and then we were sent to the barracks and left once.As a result, I want to tell Galina that this is not done. You also have children.For the room, keep the money in which the package stood .Let it be on your conscience. Comments like this, it's better not to check in.

We stayed for 2 days, excellent conditions, well-groomed territory, there is a barbecue area and tables in the courtyard. A very hospitable hostess and her assistant. Nearby there are shops, a bus station, an 8-minute walk to the military unit at a slow pace (we came to take the oath to our son). Additionally, you can order breakfast and lunch. I recommend it!

We visited our son in the army from June 23 to June 25, stayed at the Alanya hotel. I liked everything very much. The hotel itself is not big, there are only 6 rooms, which have all the amenities, LCD TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, wi-fi, there is a recreation area with a barbecue and a blooming garden in the courtyard, a beautiful rose garden at the entrance. We were with my daughter in June. A very cozy family guest house. The staff is polite and always ready to help. A friendly hostess, ready to treat you to delicious coffee at any time. A family of 3 adults booked a room. The place is quiet, the room is clean, linen, towels are white without a single spot. The bathroom is in the room, everything is working properly. The breakfasts are delicious, hearty, excellent quality products, fresh bread, fine butter, water in a cooler from a spring. The atmosphere is family friendly. When booking, we ordered a round-trip transfer, the price is much lower than that of Vladikavkaz taxi drivers. We also ordered a trip to the surrounding area from the hotel, it was very interesting and beautiful, and we received a discount. In the end, we liked everything, we recommend it to everyone.

Good day! We went to Tskhinval on business and stayed in this guest house. How lucky we are! We were warmly welcomed, and from the very first moment we were surrounded by the care of the staff and local hospitality. Excellent double rooms, working air conditioning, wide and comfortable bed. A lovely little hotel! Cozy, with a good location, a wonderful view of the mountains from the window. Friendly staff, caring hostess, delicious breakfasts made our stay very comfortable in Tskhinvali. Clean rooms with all amenities, cleaning every 3 days, free wi-fi. The price for accommodation is more than adequate. It is convenient to have a transfer from the airport and back. I definitely recommend it for a comfortable trip!

We stayed in April 2021. A cozy, clean and comfortable room with all amenities. We were with small children - the owners prepared a baby cot and even an electronic cradle for free;) On the ground floor there is a cozy living-dining room instead of a standard hall. There are delicious homemade breakfasts for 200 rubles. The guest house is located in a quiet and picturesque area with private buildings, there is Parking.

We stayed for 2 days from December 19 to December 21, 2020, and came to take the oath to our son. Very hospitable hostess Galina, a small family hotel with 6 rooms, the rooms are clean, cozy, have everything you need (shower or bathroom, depending on the room; refrigerator; air conditioning; hairdryer on request). The rooms are double, but they can accommodate a family of 3 people.
There is free Wi-Fi in the lobby and rooms. A hearty breakfast is included in the room rate. Lunch and/or dinner on order, everything is hot and very tasty.
We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Tskhinval.
