This is an apartment hotel, so there is everything for cooking. The room consists of a kitchen-living room with a nice balcony where you can sit (there is a table and chairs), a separate bedroom, an entrance hall with a large wardrobe and a bathroom. The kitchen-living room, respectively, has everything for cooking - a stove, a microwave, pots, a frying pan, a kettle, cutlery, glasses for coffee / tea / wine. And other necessary trifles. There is a refrigerator with a small freezer. There are two folding sofas, tables (dining and coffee tables), a long chest of drawers along the wall and a large TV on it. There is a small drawback - there are no sponges / dish cloths, as well as detergent. The bedroom has two beds, a wardrobe, a table and a mirror. There is both large lighting and separate fixtures at each bed and above the mirror. The bathroom is ordinary, there is a hairdryer. There are no gels/shampoos. There is a washing basin. There is a dryer on the balcony. The hotel is located two minutes from the main street. There are cafes/restaurants nearby, as well as A101 (it was visible from the room) and there is a Migros further down the street. We were on New Year's Eve, and it was quiet. But there are many hotels nearby, and there is a large playground behind our device. So in the season, I think it can be very noisy.
We are choosing this apartment hotel for the second year. It has a great location, there is a swimming pool for adults and children, the water is always clean. And the main criterion of our choice was the kitchen in the room. The staff is polite.
Of the cons: cleaning once a week, well, or on request, but very poor cleaning, even when checking into the room for the first time, you want to clean yourself. There are no problems about bed linen and towels, they are always snow-white. There are few dishes and appliances in the kitchen.
A beautiful park, a huge amount of greenery, you can take a blanket and sit on the lawn, or just take a walk in the shade of massive ficus trees, sometimes you can even meet a turtle.)
They were in May 2024. The rooms are very tired. The doors are thin, the locks are extremely unreliable. In our room, the door to the balcony did not close. The plumbing is all peeling. The light on the balcony was not working. Hot water is only in the shower, the shower hose from the water heater was falling off. The laminate is worn out, so we walked in shoes. It was cool, but there were no warm blankets in the room. The child in the room for three had only a wrinkled sheet and a pillow without a pillowcase.
They were filmed for two nights, when after the first night they decided to leave, they refused to return compensation, even partial.
The apartment is super! We liked absolutely everything. Clean, there is everything you need, close to shops and pharmacies, the sea is about seven minutes walking distance. Comfortable beds, there are all sleeping accessories. Hookah fire 🔥. I want to come back!
I lived in this apartment for exactly two weeks and was satisfied. The location is quite convenient, Cleopatra beach was reached in 5 minutes, all the necessary shops and cafes are within walking distance. It's a little noisy because of the refugee kids who live right here. The service is average, they are not rude, the rooms are two-room, the Windows overlook a quiet street, the conditions in them are nominal. The beach is coarse sand and small pebbles, but the panorama and views are wonderful. If it works out, I will go again with pleasure.
Very good location, quiet and everything is nearby. Excellent staff. Yes, the room needs renovation. But not critically. There was everything for living, we bought extra large cups and detergents. Drinking water can be purchased directly at the hotel. The windows overlooked the playground and the fountain, it's wonderful! The hotel is filled with Russian-speaking guests.
I don't understand the laudatory reviews here. Stayed in September 2023. The hotel is not just tired, it is dead, it concerns absolutely everything: plumbing, furniture, repair of the rooms themselves, maintenance. The only plus is really in the center, quiet and everything is nearby. But the rooms are dirty, the plumbing doesn't work, the stink of the canache is everywhere, in the rooms, corridor, elevator, everywhere. The furniture is filthy to the point of impossible and the main thing is that it can no longer be resuscitated. But the very top of everything is the water heating system_ there is either cold or hot. That is, a water heater with a switch gradation is installed, where 1 is cold, 2 is frankly hot water, 3 is the same hot. You can only swim by constantly switching from 1 to 2 and back, i.e. while the transition from cold to hot is going on, you are swimming, and now imagine this juggling when you bathe a child, the tryndets are full. At the same time, the manager listened to everything and said: and it's okay for me when it's 2. Damn, well, I'm paying so that it's okay for me, not for you, and in fact the water is frankly hot. Therefore, I really don't understand where such laudatory reviews come from here, by the way, they were led when choosing this hotel((
We rented a room for $25/night. In my opinion, it is 100% worth the money. Administrator Yunus easily and quickly solved all the problems that arose. What is also good about this place: there is no private sector nearby (no roosters are crowing) and the mosque is far away (there are no loudspeaker alerts). You will be able to sleep peacefully all night!!! Believe me, this is a big plus in Alanya. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, stove. There is only one washing machine for the entire floor, so you have to catch the opportunity to wash. I didn't really like the fact that the water in the bathroom does not go away after water treatments. I have to kick her into the bars. But this is a small thing.
+
There is a washing machine
Location
Friendly staff (they teach me Turkish here)
They solve issues
Everything is in the kitchen
The price is good
The lobby is pleasant
There is only one minus!!! I don't want to leave)
The hotel is nice, the room is renovated with new furniture. There is everything you need. The sea is 5 minutes away, there are all shops and restaurants nearby. Number 307.
In terms of price/quality ratio, a very good hotel! Yes, there are no doormen at the entrance. But there is everything you need, and for little money. In such hotels, you can get to know Turkey better. Turkey is not All-inclusive, but also such small apartments. There is a swimming pool, there is a washing machine on the floors, the apartment is cleaned on demand, yes, the communications are not the newest, but it is always clean and there are no cockroaches. The staff is very helpful, if you need to change the room, they will always change it. Near everything you need for life, the beach is 5 minutes away, the bus station is 10 minutes away, the Tuesday market is 10 minutes away. I would come here again
A good apartment hotel, there is everything for a comfortable stay. The location is great.

The best apartment in the center of Alanya. He lived there for 2 years for 1.5 months. Quiet, cozy. The staff is 5 plus. Come on in. You won't regret it. The market is a 10-minute walk away. To the sea 5 min.
A very good place for a family holiday. There is an induction hob (1 burner), kettle, microwave, refrigerator. But the most important thing is that there is a great beach exactly 500 meters away! The hotel is very conveniently located, almost in the center, but in a quiet place. He sleeps well, even though there are a lot of vacationers around during the busy season. The friendly staff of the apartments is ready to solve any problem, and even more. When my baby twisted his arm, the owner of the apartment hotel gave me the keys to his car without question so that I could take my son to the hospital, although I only asked how we could get there. I recommend this place to those who want to spend their holidays inexpensively but worthily on the shore of a warm transparent sea with a sandy beach.
The optimal price-quality ratio. Close to the sea, a quiet street, two supermarkets nearby, ten minutes to the market, countless cafes and restaurants within a 10-minute radius, for every taste and budget. The hotel is not new, but everything you need to live there is there. I was very pleased with the attitude towards the guests, the willingness to help in any matter. In a word, solid positive emotions!

Great location, helpful staff, although everything is old, but everything is there and everything works. I consider it an excellent economy option for rest and accommodation. Near Cleopatra beach, water park and all infrastructure within walking distance
Didn't you like it? That's it! The price is too high (80 lira per day, especially out of season - the price for a good apartment). During the 10 days of stay, the apartment was never cleaned. Dead, battered mattresses "Try to get enough sleep!". There is no hot water (there is a water heater for the shower, but there is no pressure and no boiling water either). The water is systematically turned off, sometimes for the whole day. They say at the reception that the problem is in the city, but I communicate with the staff of neighboring hotels and they are doing great. The room is smoky and for me, a non-smoker, this is a problem. The reviews on the booking are overstated, all 10, when the hotel does not even pull 2. The photos do not correspond to reality, partially. Photos of one room are posted, apparently the only normal one or when the renovation was just done. With children in this cockroach house, and there are decent cockroaches running around, there's definitely nothing to do. Who does not love their children - Welcome in Damlatas apart hotel

We booked the apartment long before the holiday. An advance payment was withdrawn from the bank card - the full cost for the entire planned period of stay. But on the eve of check-in, the hotel sent us a WhatsApp message demanding (!) to cancel the booking at the Booking Office. If we had followed this "advice", we would not have been refunded a penny, because the tariff is non-refundable. Fortunately, we got our bearings in time, refused to cancel the reservation and contacted the Booking support service. After that, the hotel itself canceled our reservation eight (!) hours before check-in. Therefore, upon arrival, we had to look for an alternative option on our own.
Fortunately, Booking promised to return the money to the card in the coming days. But I do not recommend anyone to book a room at Alanya Damlataş Apart. Judging by the numerous reviews on the Internet, they often cancel reservations right before check-in.
We stayed at the hotel this year in October. Excellent apartments with the necessary set of kitchen utensils. There is a tile, a kettle and a microwave. 5 minutes from the sea, 6 Cleopatra beach. There are plenty of cafes and shops nearby, a 5-7-minute walk from an excellent bakery and a meat store nearby. Everything is gorgeous in one word.
Disgusting. Everything is old. The condees barely plow with the sound of a tractor... there is no curtain in the bathroom, no towel hooks, no mountains of water in the sink. The shower partially switches the water from the heater. We teach boiling water from a hose and cold water from a tap, pouring on our feet. There is no bias! I washed up-the bathroom is all in water. I won't continue any more, let's go change the number. .
The location is convenient, the hosts are hospitable, they solve any problems immediately. The hotel is modest, but there is everything for life. Bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom with toilet. There is a hairdryer in the room. They give towels, tarochki, shampoo and soap on the first day. Wi-Fi works well.
