The hotel is located on a mountain with fantastic views. There is a shuttle service to the beach. It's better to rent a car, because it's hard to walk to the city in the heat. The food is normal, at 4, you will not stay hungry. There are plenty of sun beds in the main pool. But in the hotel's water park there is a constant struggle and rudeness for sun beds and cheesecakes . If you are accommodated in the lower villa, then it's hard to get up to the main building on foot, but there is a shuttle service. The staff is friendly, there are Russian speakers. We will visit this hotel again this year.

I liked the food, the pools and the large area. Special respect to the staff, it seems to me that they are the ones who pull this place out, all friendly and efficient. Of the cons: the hotel is tired, apparently it has not been renovated for a long time and there is no animation, there are no windups, the guests are left to themselves. Actually, that's why I rated it 4.

Overall, the hotel is good. The food is varied, the aqua zone, the beach of the hotel is excellent, having traveled around Alanya, we think that the beach is the best at this hotel. But I only got to him by transport.
You just need to understand why you are going to Alanya in general, if you do not pretend to view the sights and picturesque beauties, then the place is great. Inexpensive for all inclusive. Of the Minuses, the hotel has a little tired furniture for common use, I would say it is not very pleasant to sit on it. And the rooms are good. Villas, we lived in a villa, super!!!

A good hotel, located on a mountain at the very end of Alanya, has everything you need for a comfortable stay: an aquapark, saunas, a swimming pool, a large territory, delicious and varied food! Of the cons: the bus goes to the beach only 4 times a day, the road takes 10-15 minutes, not 7 as stated in the description, the animation is only for children and then monotonous, for adults there is absolutely no entertainment except the bar) but I was in May, perhaps this is due to the fact that it is not the season, and the rest is fine!

My family and I have been to Goldcity three times. The first two times I was delighted, but this year somehow everything went wrong from the very beginning. Firstly, the most annoying topic is towels, creams, etc. thrown on the sun loungers by the pool for the whole day. There were days when things just lay around all day and people never came, while others couldn't find a place by the pool. The hotel administration, please note!!! We were just shaking from it !!! And as we noticed later, it was not the Russians who did it, but the Turks!
Alyakart restaurant, it's a tin! He used to be on the top floor of the hotel, which had an incredible view. Now the restaurant is located near the pool, where there used to be a bar with tables in the water. For the first time, all the dishes were brought to us cold and not tasty. We saw people at the next table jumping up and running away with the crazies from this restaurant . The second time we came earlier in time and there were not so many people. The dishes were well warmed up, but still, it tastes better in the main restaurant!
Another point is cleaning the room.We haven 't really cleaned up in 10 days . The towels were never changed , so another one was stolen . The ashtray stood like a hedgehog , toilet paper and water had to be begged at the reception , the dust was not wiped off .I attached a photo below after cleaning .
In general, the hotel is good, the attitude of the staff towards the guests is wonderful , But we will not go any more.

Gorgeous place, great view. Look from the mountain at all the surroundings. Running down to the sea in the morning is great for me, it's like exercising. For the lazy, you can take a taxi, or there is an indoor pool and a small water park in summer. There are several restaurants and a small shop in the building. We ordered food and water delivered from Migros.

A good 5-star hotel, they say budget. I don't know what else is needed. If only there are golden toilets and peacocks in the garden. View from the height of the sea and mountains. The food in the restaurant is for every taste. The beach is 5 minutes away. And the beach is empty, but not in Sochi, which is in a barrel of herring. Everything is great.
