At the vet clinic. Pharmacy and pet store. We found everything we were looking for there. The staff is excellent, they make discounts on the purchase of several products.

It all started when my baby got sick. I took her for an examination, we were diagnosed with cystitis, and they started injecting her. The next day, I said that she was not going to the toilet normally, to which they told me this was the norm, it happens from medications. 3 days later, late in the evening, she became ill, she did not find a working office. I went to the doctor in the morning. They changed the treatment for us, they said that there was already a different diagnosis. New medicines were punctured. I blame myself so much for not taking time off from work and leaving her there alone for the procedure. After taking her home from work, she realized that she did not feel better. She began to have jaundice, swollen paws and face. Of course we went to another clinic. We were diagnosed and started treatment, then I went to another hospital to check the diagnosis and treatment. They agreed with the new treatment and diagnosis. But it was too late, I lost time in that clinic, where they made the wrong diagnosis, and complications began from the wrong medications. Now I blame myself, but it won't bring back my Bonechka. They didn't even apologize, they didn't even call to ask what was wrong with her. This is the indifference of veterinarians. You can't describe everything in one post.
