We have been to the hotel more than once. The owner Konstantin is very responsive, as are all the staff. The children adored the cook's kitchen. If there was any question, the staff always came to the rescue.
I give stars only for the attentiveness and cordiality of the hotel staff!
Yes, the hotel itself is original, well located and built with a claim. The room is large, with a balcony and a nice view (during the day). But the hotel is abandoned:
- worn plaster and printed navigation sheets in files glued to the walls with adhesive tape;
- 70% of the lamps in the room are not working (at our request, a floor lamp was brought back to life);
- someone else's hair in the bed linen;
- dirty carpet;
In addition, the street on which it is located is not illuminated by anything except the windows of the houses located on it (in the dark, on the way to the hotel, you can easily fall, because asphalt has seen views and is rich in pits).
It is quite possible to spend the night, but for 140 GEL for two adults and a child, you can find much more pleasant options.
I think this hotel has everything ahead of it. Great location, good idea, spacious rooms. There is still construction going on, but this is part of the restaurant on the street. Of the cons. There is practically nothing in the rooms, there is weak pressure in the shower and barely warm water, our room also smelled strongly of sewage, there is not enough of any kind of drying, they asked for a separate kettle in the room, there are no mugs, only glass glasses for water.
In fact, I can't say that the hotel is bad. I liked it, despite the disadvantages
