Good value for the money
Lovely breakfast
I would appreciate if I see all food labeled as I took something I could not figure out that I did not eat at the end.
A room with a teapot, teabags and coffee is great
Clean and comfortable, they offer toothbrush and a slippers which is great
They do deliver food to the room but only vegetarian snacks
Not a good one if you are looking for a quiet place to stay-visitirs around are screaming, yelling, talking loudly at 1am,2am etc. That would be the biggest issue.
Overall is ok
Does not match the stated 5*. Three with a bold minus. The rooms are noisy (in some the outdoor air conditioning units are buzzing all night, in others the neighbors are noisy-the walls are thin, you can answer the phone instead of the neighbor) The location is unfortunate: the nearest metro station is more than 2 km away. It is convenient to leave only by taxi. There are few shops nearby. The sights are far away (5 km or more). The breakfasts in the restaurant are poor, although they can cook-they came in for dinner, it was delicious, but not cheap. It's funny that the hotel is advertised as 5*, but the entrance sign is 3*. And even 3 * this hotel has a lot
We stopped because of problems with the flight
We spent one day here, but the impressions are great!! The staff speaks 3 languages (English, Russian, Azerbaijani), and left just super impressions. I had meat in my luggage, but they left it in their refrigerator overnight so it wouldn't spoil. Very positive, very sociable, just look at them and the mood rises!!
The hotel is cute, beautiful, quite neat. Upon check-in to the room, we did not like that there was some kind of stain (it looks like wine from past guests, slightly noticeable), they replaced it without question.
The food is not particularly impressive, ordinary, but nevertheless fresh, tasty, there is a variety.
My first experience in hotels, spontaneous, but so pleasant!!! Thank you❤
