I have traveled almost the whole of Belarus up and down and there is almost no normal Belarusian cuisine anywhere. Either chebureks, or hamburgers, or scoop canteens with salads from that time made of mayonnaise and other rubbish. And only Here I found the real Slovenian rural cuisine! Sauerkraut, lard, black bread, homemade sausage. All dishes are prepared as expected in the village-in ovens. For those who will not forget, there are great local drinks. Try not to pass this place. You won't find another one like this. I always stop by on the way to Moscow and brought friends from St. Petersburg. And I get very upset if it's closed.
Many people travel from Minsk due to the lack of authentic Belarusian cuisine in the capital.
