This is a normal hotel. Everything is at hand, or a 5-7-minute walk along the streets and bridges. From the water tram station, you can go in any direction: even to the Santa Lucia railway station, even to the airport, even to any other area/ island of the city. The rooms have average audibility, compact, clean and cozy, very fast Wi-Fi))
Excellent location, 10-15 minutes walk to a large supermarket near the Rialto Bridge, 2 minutes from the San Marco Zaccaria vaporetto stop (conveniently accessible from Santa Lucia railway station on Vaporetto 1, 2, 4.1), the Doge's Palace and San Marco Square around the corner). The room is cleaned every day, all towels are changed, clean, tidy, there is a minibar and a capsule coffee machine. Breakfast is a standard Italian buffet (coffee, croissants, juice, cheese, sausage, sweet pastries, muesli) you can eat.
A beautiful room with a window facing the wall, dark lighting and this spoils the impression. The name of the hotel is written in reverse on the sign Pellegrino&Commercio. There is no free drinking water.
The hotel is almost on St. Mark's Square. The room is decorated in antique style, carpets on the floor. The windows look almost closely at the neighboring buildings. We got into the fireworks day, it was very noisy.People in Venice have fun for a long time. The air conditioner is located directly above the bed, it's cold, for some reason when it was turned off, it turned on itself after 20 minutes (( It didn't work only if you open the windows, but the noise of the street festivities was very annoying. I did not manage to sleep well ((I did not like the option of the shower system: IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO ADJUST THE TEMPERATURE OF THE WATER (((IT IS EITHER COLD OR BOILING WATER, AND POURS DIRECTLY FROM THE WALL (WITHOUT THE USUAL WATERING CAN AND HOSE).And there was a little annoying smell of detergents that are used when cleaning rooms. Great breakfast, Wi-Fi, and what's nice, the Russian-speaking staff got caught.
