I handed over the nokia 820 Lumia phone for repair. With a broken screen, replace the touch screen. We ordered components, allegedly due to the fact that the supplier had problems, they were delivered for more than a month. But this is not enough, upon request to give the device back, they told me that they would not give me the phone! It turned into a circus every week, their touch screen has not yet arrived and they do not give the phone on demand or offer to pay for the cost of the touch screen that has not yet arrived. When I said I was going to write a statement. They agreed to give the phone back, and started to arrange a circus again. I strongly advise against it.
